can you please state the requirements for the quest to complete it, like you need 77 strength 77 crafting what ever the stats are i hope they are high this is a grandmaster quest and if everyone can do it. the new items you bring in game will be worthless to be honest i mean look .at dragon war hammer, lvl 60 was safe spotting which meant a lot more dragon war hammer came into the game and meant they went down in price pretty fast.

overall looks good!

Yeah, I don't like the part where this new jewelry caters to the Zulrah campers. To me, the droptable there is overpowered. A big fat nerf there seems a more logical solution, rather than having to invent a new toptier jewelry to absorb the overload of onyxes.
Isn't it strange that so many players blindly apply to clans, without ever wondering why there are openings in that clan?

If you insist on it degrading then I don't think Onyx actually needs an item sink. Put it somewhere else or a different gem.

Only degrades the healing effect, if u dont recharge you still keep the item stats, just not the effect. Former RS3 Completionist, On the road to Max old school

Ballista looks good, though.

If you want to add a new quest to old school I don't think starting out with a grandmaster is a way to go.

Adding new quests will affect content, for example, will achievement diary capes become untrimmed? If no new quests after this are released, does it become a discontinued item? There's a diary task that requires all quests done, after all. Does the new quest raise the stat requirements for this?

I think there's a lot to consider and it would be better to implement a novice quest or something for Zeah before pushing a huge quest with a lot of content.

Also an idea.. Instead of having the new gems and ballistas be craftable, have them like the handcannon and amulet of ranging drops where you have to PvM for them. New monsters to kill is always fun.

But please change the Ballista. A slow 2h weapons for delivering 'killing blows in pvp' sounds really lame. A weapon that is only useful for killing blows in general just isn't too exciting to me.

I'd actually rather there not be any jewelry rewards at all from this quest. It does seem a bit forced and crafting is not a fun skill to train. :\

I'd rather have one reward done right than 5 rewards done poorly.

I think how you're doing the pure stuff is ********.

It's the one quest the game will get in forever, it's a huge important piece of content that IMO is unfair to just lock a lot of people out of it.

My alternate solution:

Let pures do the quest and go back to Ape Atol, but they shouldn't be able to do anything on the island that's not quest related without accepting Daero's training. This means no access to shop, agility course, chinning area, etc. If you try to go there it will say "please accept Daero's training to reach this area".
