Simple for your tassets problem? Sell to the highest bidder, only if that price is within 5% of the average sale price over the last 4 hours. If it's not within the average sale price, then the item is held until there is an offer within 5% and cash is given out at a later time (obtained from a GE or banker).

Sorry, I'll be voting no on shard share. If you've ever done shard share in RS3, you know it isn't that great of a system.

You get the split shards which is all fine and dandy, but then when you go to the GE to try and sell them, no one buys them unless you sell them under their actual value, because no one wants to buy shards for the item, unless they can potentially make money off of combining all the shards to get the item, and then sell it for more. So while this does prevent scamming, it also makes it so the only people purchasing the shards are going to be merchers.

I ended up having to combine the shards with my friend and sell the item straight up, because no one was buying shards anywhere near a reasonable price.

Really don't think the shard share option is a great idea. It's a shame, I was excited for LS, you should've just polled it anyway, oh well.

Most likely going to vote no if its polled the way its presented atm. I would much rather prefer Lootshare and Instantshare, just because I feel this would become alot of hassle, and alot of items could potentially crash due to shards not selling for decent prices and so on.

I think the best solution would be to make a poll with 3 questions:

1. Should we introduce lootshare
2. Should we introduce instantshare
3. Should we introduce shardshare

And then simply repoll the one with the most votes. If it gets 75% put it in, and if not, dont bother with this stuff at all. I believe polling stuff like this would work much better in the long run than just asking people on forums and reddit. This is due to the fact that a large part of the community never even bothers logging in to answer these things - usually including me.

I would really like lootshare and instantshare, but not shardshare the way its presented. At least not without lootshare as a base. Forgive me father for my massive gainz

STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SHARDS AND CLANS.

you don't like having it split into shards? don't use it then (use lootshare as an alternative...oh wait....).

clans will always exist because high pvm clans are way more efficient then randoms.

now, i don't know why lootshare didn't pass (it would be a great alternative for people complaining about the shards selling for less/coinshare haters.)

why do people complain about LSP getting boosted with lootshare? there is no lsp decay, if your friend boosts your lsp for you, well, his lsp went down aswell, it's totally balanced.

now this is about shardshare so i'll discuss shardshare, coming from someone who plays both osrs and rs3(ye i'm weird i know). the shardshare system really isn't that bad, shards sell pretty good compared to the price of the item.


IMPORTANT: you guys all seem to forget the purpose of this system, to avoid scamming in pvm. all you guys do is just to vote NO because 1 system has 1 minor flaw. i rather have some sort of system to prevent scamming instead of none at all. you are not forced to use this system if you do not like (for example) selling shards for under ge price! THIS SYSTEM IS OPTIONAL.

Okay so after reading through most of this forum I've seen little to no reason as to why people do not like shard share, it's a perfectly good system that will split loot evenly for everyone. However instant share will do the exact same thing so i understand why people would want that instead. Solution? Poll both with an third option for no coinshare style system to and whichever has the highest votes wins.

And you could do the exact same for a couple of lootshare options to keep this ******* community happy.

Wow, we really need new jmods. You guys have the ********* ideas and methods. Maybe you should consult with someone who has an understanding of economics before you implement a system that will crash items. Lootshare was so much better than this garbage. You're taking suggestions from uneducated children on reddit.

i love idea about shard share would vote yes, do not understand why people would vote no ? not anyone likes to be in clan, and most of the time people in ''pvm'' clans do not eaven pvm, i remmember in old days there were special forums where u could just post 120+ bandos +3 and people just come in ur cc put coinshare on and just go true pvm, i think people should vote yes for bouth LootShare and ShardShare or eaven InstaShare hope it pass

I personally feel the game doesn't need a means to share loot among friends. The trust, or the lack of it, is a part of the reason why players join PvM clans in the first place, and you really do make great friends in a clan of people you can trust. I don't like players getting a reason to NOT join clans in the future. Please let PvM be how it is - there is no need to push for any sharing system, at least at this point in time.
