I am a a solo pvmer especially at Bandos.

I would NOT like the idea of a team having total damage vs my damage and then they getting the drop with me getting nothing (if this new lootshare thing does it).

It is okay if the other team had more damage But ONLY INDIVIDUALLY not as a whole team combined damage wise.

for example : Bandos has 255 hitpoints
-I do: 100 damage
-a team of 3 do: 51.6 damage EACH but total to 155 damage

* should get loot but if an individual in that team gets over 100 damage they get the loot with the lootshare thing.

Do not add instances in gwd this ruins the game too.

The team would get the drop. The team is treat essentially as a single player.

You have a maxed player who worked long and hard for his levels and expensive gear, he go to a boss solo and maybe even risk said gear with the chance of a DC... Then three dingleberries come along, all around level 100 in welfare gear, and they'll get all the loot on every kill just because they combined do more damage than one person... How is that even remotely fair?

Clans already get an advantage by default, since more players means more potential chance at having the player with the highest damage... So why give them an "I win" button on top of an already inherent advantage?

Sure, I understand that going by individual top damage would mean the above scenario could go the other way around. A maxed player could be a jerk and crash three level 100 clan dudes having a good time... But the thing is, those 3 people still got room to progress, they can alway get their revenge later. But in the first scenario, there's no chance at redemption, even with max stats and gear you'll still always lose if you solo.

Also, please consider ShardShare.

Been wondering if this would ever make it to OSRS :) would certainly get me start pvming on OSRS.

Yes to lootshare. However like many have stated in this thread - make it shardshare if possible. Not sure how much work that would take.

Also no to the 'more damage you do the more lootchance you have-part' - certain bosses have a designated tank who uses defensive armour+shield. Unfair to them and it would make finding a tank for a team harder.

As for every world being lootshare: No
Please put the info from previous Mod reply on 1st page. Some maxed people can easily solo certain bosses and it would be unfair for them having to compete with 3 or 5 people using LS.
