How is this creating gaps? It's essentially doubling our current cape which is a level FIFTY requirement. This one will take SIGNIFICANTLY more skill and time to get. The stats are fine.


Which is why I only pointed out the range and mage cape. The melee makes sense.

Not only are the range and mage capes from Jad 2 way too high in stats, but also they all come from the same boss. This shows laziness and extreme lack of creativity by the team. If something this impactful is to be added, implement thse items in different ways.

Dragon warhammer seems way too op.

60 attack with that kind of spec rivals ags spec. as well as being only costing 35% of the bar and reducing opponent defence? no thanks.

i know right now with a whip (+82) i can hit 42s in max rune pure pk gear (no berserker ring). this means the regular hit of a DWH could max out at 43. add in 50% and you are looking at a 64-65 spec with 60 attack while also reducing defence at only 35% spec bar cost. WAAYY too powerful if I'm understanding correctly. would literally make the BGS spec completely useless and change the way PVP combat is right now. Maybe make the spec 100% or consider lowering the additional damage too 25%. At 25% this would put the max hit of the DWH spec in said gear around 54. Keeping in line with a d mace special except no negative accuracy bonus while lowering defence. My 2 cents.

Definitely can't have that being released in such a state. You could combo someone to death with it so easy, especially given that their defence will be dropped upwards of 29 levels if hit.

Thanks, I am all for having a new option for specials at 60 attack because IMO DDS>everything right now however if DWH is released in this state i think it would instantly become the goto PVP special in RS, for ALL levels. I imagine with Piety/max gear it can hit 70+ with the defence lowering and low spec cost, 1 handed as well so attack bonus can make it fairly accurate. I would probably take this over an AGS honestly. From a PVP perspective it simply just wouldn't work with what we have now. Maybe something along the lines of how they nerfed the TBP in PVP? The maul can keep its op-ness outside of wild but when it's in it is somehow nerfed to come back down close-ish to the power of other dragon weapons.

Suggestions
-Require 85 attack. I know its a dragon weapon so it won't happen but spec is way too op for 60
-Nerf spec making it cost 100% aka a one shot deal. (still pretty powerful but could live with it)
-Spec only deals 25% extra damage. Honestly with the defence lowering it is still pretty op if you consider the mace would have the same-ish max hit with lower actual stats as well the mace lowers accuracy on spec. With this suggestion it would make the DWH have much greater chance of successfully hitting vs mace while also lowering defence.
-My personal preference would simply be the added 25% damage. no defence lowering, or not in the wilderness anyway. Maybe 50% bar...? This would make the DWH still by far the best ko option for 60 attack while not devaluing pretty much every GS except SGS.

By the way...

If you're going to be releasing the Statius Warhammer special into the game, please bring back ALL of the Ancient Warrior equipment specials (just not in this same manner).

Because the Dragon Warhammer special is nearly a copy-paste of the pre-EoC Statius Warhammer special, which is:

"This weapon has a special attack called Smash, which deals up to 25% more damage and decreases the opponent's current Defence by 1 + 30%" - This costs 35% special energy.

Though as said in a previous post, releasing all Ancient Warrior armor/weapons is totally welcome. But I would much rather NOT see these incredibly strong special attacks added to what will certainly become commonplace, non-degrade-to-dust weapons.

As a reward from the Hosidius Tithe minigame shop you will be able to buy a farming outfit which gives a 2.5% bonus to the farming XP you gain when wearing it. This is similar to the Lumberjack outfit and the Motherlode Mine outfit.

Will the farming outfit apply the 2.5% xp bonus when you turn seeds in, during the Tithe minigame?


On a side note.. I like the idea of increasing various house rewards. With that said, I think that near-future polls should focus on adding more content to phase 1 of Zeah. There are some posts on reddit that will further outline my thoughts, but I think a quest on Zeah's lore and more content for those that gain 100% favor in a house would be a great start.
