Been dreading this update and what comes with it since it's announcement. RIP, fix whats broken before adding more crap people are going to just complain about anyway. I'm sure you guys worked hard on it, but that's the point ... dev time is precious. It could have been spent saving what was really good.


Jagex needs to finish what they start. I have been trying for months to have them finish adding the resizeable chat box they promised when resizeable mode came out, along with upscaling the UI.

So now I wonder how they can balance adding things like an interactive world map I've been wanting if it's all about Zeah next year...and adding the Adventurer's Log, and the lobby...

Why won't anyone be crafting the two highest level runes in the game? Unless they make it so it's too hard/restrictive/stupid to be able to get to them I imagine only the stupid won't (applies to skillers only ofc).

There is a blood rift in the abyss, most people will probably be doing that once they unlock the blood altar or whatever.

I'm not expecting any great content from Zeah for skillers imo.


if i remember correctly they said they won't be opening those shortcuts thru the abyss, you have to run it yourself to and from the altar.


I certainly hope so.

Requires: None
Teleports the caster to Port Roberts.

Level 50 - Air Sap - 30+ XP
Requires: Blood rune x 1, Air rune x 8, Body rune x 1
Deals up to 10 damage while causing a bleed effect of 2 damage over 2 game ticks* (does not stack but can be continuous)
*Bleed effect damage is not affected by the caster’s Magic damage boost/percentage

Level 52 - Bodily Unrest - 160 XP
Requires: Body rune x 10, Cosmic rune x 10
Boosts Magical accuracy and damage by 1% for 5 minutes (5-minute cooldown)

Level 54 - Civitas illa Fortis Teleport - 45 XP
Requires: Blood rune x 1, Law rune x 1, Air rune x 5
Teleports the caster to Civitas illa Fortis.

Level 55 - Water Sap - 32.5+ XP

An attack that never misses (but is reduced by 40% when any protection Prayer is activated) and heals the caster with up to 25 Hitpoints that are drained and stolen from the opponent (60-second cooldown)
*No more than 25 Hitpoints will be stolen from the opponent and added to the caster’* Hitpoints, regardless of either’s base Hitpoints level (allowing a player with 99 Hitpoints to heal up to 124 Hitpoints; does not stack with Saradomin brews’ effect on Hitpoints).

Level 96 - Soul Keeper - 54+ XP
Requires: Soul rune x 3, Blood rune x 1, Death rune x 2
Deals up to 36 damage while sacrificing 6 Hitpoints per cast* (no cooldown)

Level 97 - Bloodborne - 98 XP
Requires: Blood rune x 12, Soul rune x 3, Cosmic rune x 3, Body rune x 3
Diseases the caster and the opponent, dealing a consistent 3 additional damage for every time the caster deals damage to the opponent (effectively increasing the caster’s maximum by 3 to 6 damage, and potentially the opponent’s if timed properly; must be in combat to activate; 5-minute cooldown)
*Sanfew serums, Relicym’s balms, and Inoculation braces provide immunity or defense to this disease

Level 98 - Devourment - 99 XP

Level 99 - Tortured Souls - 100 XP
Requires: Blood rune x 3, Soul rune x 12, Cosmic rune x 3, Body rune x 3
Tortures the souls of the caster and the opponent(s), draining a consistent 3 Prayer points from all players for every time the caster deals damage to the opponent(s) (a tortured soul will exit both the caster and the opponents’ bodies as the Prayer points are drained) until the fight has ended (souls then vanish; must be in PvP combat to activate; 5-minute cooldown)
*The two tortured souls mimic the appearance or characteristics of the caster and the opponent (perhaps by means of display names, worn equipment, dialogue, or death animation if killed while this spell is active)
