Let's hope these new training methods are properly balanced exp-wise...? What rates are we looking at, Blast mining? 100k mining exp/hour AFK?

Forgive me for not having a lot of faith in you Jagex in this department.

Runecrafting would've been ridiculously easy with the original Soul/Blood proposed exp rates, so I'm glad you listened to feedback and lowered them a bit, which is why I think you should tell us about blast mining in greater depth, I'm expecting it to be incredibly OP already.

I get the feeling that the exp rates for mining are going to skyrocket once this comes out.

That's good, I suppose. EDIT: Why the hell hasn't the blood altar been reserved for the inside of Castle Drakan or the end of the Myreque storyline? That would be much more fitting.

- Tithe farming activity

What, like the Vyrewatch? That sounds interesting, but also like it'll go the way of Burgh de Rott Ramble if there's not a worthwhile incentive.

- New weapons and armour

If they're untradeable or past level 75 requirements I'm quitting on the spot. I don't want to relive the dungeoneering era Jagex, that's why I left EoC for OSRS.

- A new race of Lizardmen to battle

How original. Oh alright, I'll give it a chance as long as the lore doesn't get butchered.


Overall I'm not looking forward to Zeah, as based on prior experience the potential for game-breaking failure is much higher than for success.


They have already stated online somewhere or in one of their q&as on youtube that the new spellbook works like this. you kill a creature then use the spell on them to revive them to fight them again. so no it wont be used for pvp or bosses.

Also this is only the 1st batch of zeah, and they have said there will be no new armour or weapons aside from cosmetic stuff i believe, and if there is any its only going to be low/mid tier stuff.

Ask for the new creature, people now a days have to realize imaginations can only go so far, with any game that is. Chances are if you think of it, its been done somewere at some point whether u know about it or not.

The christmas event was fun, but I really hoped you could come up with something that would make getting christmas holiday items from the community events less difficult. I have already missed plenty of the events, and when I joined a few of them it was so laggy and I could not get any event though I tried and failed over and over (tried telekinetic grab too). :| Something that would make the items be distributed more equal across the players that join. I am looking forward to see if the first batch of Zeah will be a success. From what you mentioned in the post, I am a little bit nervous though. :| Happy holidays and a happy new year to every 'scaper out there! :D ^_^

Ewww, no. A beta only in Dead-to-Me Mode will shut a large portion of players out instantly.

Also, this isn't killing the game. Might want to research things before you blindly spout nonsense.

I'm going to assume you want the super-broken Dragon Claws just to PVP. To that, I laugh and point out that even if they do make it into the game, they likely won't have that awful spec they had before, ie, nerfed to hell. Oh, I almost forgot.

Why won't anyone be crafting the two highest level runes in the game? Unless they make it so it's too hard/restrictive/stupid to be able to get to them I imagine only the stupid won't (applies to skillers only ofc).

Why not higher than 75. A pure who wants everything their way or another reason?
