The necromancy spell-book could be used for a higher kill rates with bosses.Imagine reviving a boss right after it dies so you could continually kill the boss.Also, if the boss isn't in a multi-combat area, this would make it hard to get a spot bossing. That is one negative aspect of this spell-book. However,I do think it's good to introduce these spells to help higher tier runecrafting by making blood and soul runes a bit more desirable.
New Weapons and Armor: Not sure what tier these are going to be, but there shouldn't be such a big gap in damage from other weapons. Hopefully they are trade-able but unique weapons and armor. For example, void has low requirements but has attributes as a full set, same with barrows. As long as these weapons and armor aren't ridiculously overpriced,overpowered, or untradeable I will be okay with that portion of the update.
In addition, I am for blast-mining even if it is a higher experience rate per hour because mining is a ridiculously slow skill unless you are power-mining or doing motherlode mines. As long as Jagex finds a way to balance this in a safe and productive way, I'm all for this update.
