@Jjo*zie

There are better money making methods in game than double Natures, they have actually been crashing lately.

Not all people Runecraft for profit, there are people who will do lavas all the way to 99 because they don't need the profit from Runecrafting.

Again, my point is fast Runecrafting experience with a profit, you currently have to choose between the two, that is the issue.

Lava runes are not 60k per hour at level 23, you need at least 75 Runecrafting for the fastest possible experience with them.

As for the cost, it takes over 550k lavas to get 91, like 2.2k binding necklaces, dueling rings, runes for magic imbue, earth runes as well as stamnia potions.

According to guides, it's around -7gp per experience.

5.9m (exp for 91) X 7 is a 41m loss.

So, I assume that this will also apply to Deadman Mode...

Have you stopped to consider that if Dark Essence is untradeable it will also be safe in your bank in DMM, even in large stacks? This certainly would make restarting after death much easier for players who protect high mage and runecrafting levels. I'm not sure if that is the intent, but it will certainly be the result.

I vote to release the blood altar (77 Rc) with the FIRST batch only. I think it would be a good idea to see how that would affect blood runes in terms of supply/demand and other economic aspects.

If everything goes well, release soul altar (90 Rc) with the SECOND batch. Soul runes seems like it would be the fastest XP/hour. 53,000 XP is still more than what you can get with lava runes and probably won't be a total bank drain.

I would, however, strongly recommend reducing soul rune XP/hour to just *slightly* below that of lavas. It doesn't seem fair that the fastest XP should also make you profit. I reall Jagex also promising that Zeah-content will not surpass existing XP rates.

Sorry voting no until the following things are changed.

* Dark ess changed to tradeable
* Levels changed so they are not dead content and only useful to ironmen

Telling us they are useful for a new spell book is good and all but no one but yourselves know what the new spell books contain so for all we know it could be skilling spells only and would only be useful to skills as pkers don't skill, or vis versus

I feel as if blood and soul altars should require a quest to access them. My reasoning behind this is that law altar, partially requires a quest to access it (or if you are an iron man, it does require a question completion). As well as the death altar requiring a series of quests to access it. To me it doesn't make much sense to just have mid-level content having barriers to entry. Also (I know I'm going to get bad comments for this) in RS3 the blood altar also required a series of (even more) quests to gain access to the altar. I don't mind if the two altars are coupled together in a quest, but I feel as if should be a least a few quests to get to it, which means I would vote no to it's initial releases because I don't 2+ quests would come with it.

EDIT: Also the xp rates should be comparable to the increases from previous runes, a 15k+ xp boost is not comparable and is too much xp in my opinion.
