I didn't have any problem with any of the skill cape abilities except slayer. I think it should be once a week u get to choose your own slayer target.

I think if u gone this long and killed this many monsters to get a skill cape u should be able to choose your own target once in awhile.

Because the rc cape is pretty bad here are 2 not as terrible options:
1) 1 free teleport to the dark mage in the abyss per day
2) 5 times per day you can use the cape to repair degraded pouches

I like the second option.

+1 for moving worn items button. I have mis-clicked many a time doing bank standing skills.

-1 for skillcape perks (especially Max cape perks). These are too overpowered in general, and for the Max cape, especially if they are all combined into 1 item.

skillcape perks? how awesome lets devalue bunch of things in the game to make these capes that should allready feel like an achivment be more and better to simple make other things close to useless

More teleports? great why not just give us the ability to zoom in on map and click "go to" rather then have 200+ teleports

Thieving cape oh thats awesome now i can give a single f.. about ardunge dairy

Cooking, awesome perk for skillers kinda takes away the bigger part of getting cooking gauntless that they couldn get anyway due to combat level... "Yes i have a skiller myself i think its reasonable to limit 3cb skillers on this one"

and what about summer pie's dosent that devalue the bake pie spell on lunar's to lower the chance of burn?

Farming again its an stacking effect i dont like that not sure how much 5% will actual do in this case but overall sounds abit O*

Pre-Eoc, must be right around the cornor..

oh my that 99 crafting perk!!!!@!@!$#@$#! Everybody gonna rush to get that cape now!
Seriously WT* is that? NO-ONE GOES THERE.

Noone goes there because there's nothing to do there. Crafting's tp is op because it's literally next to a bank (if you have fally shield 3), is free, and is infinite.

Thank you for the mining rocks! Could you also possibly see about changing some of the NPCs to some of their 2004 models as well? Such as Dragons, demons, Ozia**, goblins, etc.

Not hiding it - if the game went backwards like that I'd proceed to vomit, then quit.

I don't understand the demand to put the rocks back to old graphics. They're ugly and don't reflect what progress was made on OSRS since it came into being! I guess it's a pure nostalgia thing? But I don't care about nostalgia, I care about playing a different way than I did in what is now RS3; graphics will not change gameplay at all. Sorry, but voting a hearty "no" to this one.

I like the idea of skillcape perks, if only for the cooking and crafting ones...some of the others, as many have said, seem vastly underpowered. So I'll vote "yes", but right now I don't expect it to pass.

The only other thing I want to mention is that the level for fishing for swamp eels seems fine, but the cooking one seems a tad low...if I had the fishing levels right now and the update were released today, I could make a small fortune from Zulrah scales. But that's just me.

Everything else seems fine I guess. Still hyped for skilling pets this month!

Im not sure how I feel about the rock change. When I started back in 2008, the rocks looked like this. But I don't mind the change.
