Magic: Can cast spellbook swap once per day.

Change this to being able to switch spellbooks once/day instead of just casting that spell and it'll be good. Otherwise, its useless.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

I usually criticise you a lot Jagex, but this update is pretty cool.

Like the perks are slight but well balanced. Nothing that would cause disruption to the game.

As a 99 ranger I especially like the range cape perk..no more looking like a school boy with the accumulator...

hey roman , i got a question about my membership payment where can i contact you ? So you've chosen to **** singles clans in the ass whilst also proposing to make no changes for multi clans.
