Fletching

Unlocks The [All] Option when Fletching Logs. Normally would be shown as Make 1, Make 5, Make 10, Make X,
Now would be shown as Make 1, Make 5, Make 10, Make X, Make All.

agility cape combined with graceful outfit now restores your energy by 50% faster instead of 30%

99 agility is already a joke now with stamina potions lel plus you dont even regain any energy while doing an action

also add its now restores energy regardless of your state jumping/sequence mining ( abyss mining to get through)

I still do NOT support this idea.

BUT, if this proceeds: HP cape needs to act as Ring of Life NOT****** Def cape. As someone earlier mentioned HP is harder to get and makes more sense.

You HAVE TO add QP Cape into this IF it proceeds. Achievement and song are not to be included. Yeah, achievement takes higher levels but all the benefits are already there.

QP Cape ideas: Mass teleports to quest locations including
-Lyre (including any unlocked locations from diary)
-Quest castles (Lummy duke, varrock king/library, ardy king, Yanile watch tower or center, fally)
-Zooknook (MM guy under cave?)
-LLetya (and death altar if crystal teleports there in this game)
-Dwarven city Keldagrim
-Black Knight headquarters in Tav dungeon
-Evil Daves LAIR!(mom's basement in edge)
-Ecto (teleports to pool, grinder, and fountain)
-Wizards tower imp catcher quest place
(Have fun with that interface... it should have an option to save your favorite to a right click option)

Other than that I can't think of anything. Acting as Quest items wouldn't be useful at all.

Increases chance of finding a bird's nest.

Similar to what people thought the Rabbit's foot necklace did, but doesn't. When chopping a tree there is a small % increase chance of having a bird's nest drop.

Could This Be Stacked With A Rabbit's Foot necklace?, If not it seems pretty pointless >****;
