- After drinking a potion, boost stays for one extra minute before beginning to countdown at it's normal rate. (effectively staying at the max boost for two minutes instead of one.)
Anti-poison/Anti-venom lasts one minute longer.
Anti-firebreath lasts one minute longer.
Energy potions heal 10% more than they currently do. (Energy potion would heal 11, Super energy 22.)
Stamina potion heal 22, and last 10 seconds longer.
(Non-applicable for weapon poison, prayer, super restore, sanfew surem's stat and prayer restoration, nor hp restoration from saradomin brews.)

All for this idea! Perhaps give the capes greater perks the higher your exp goes? Just a unique suggestion. And for thieving cape, I'd like to see double or triple loot, like we got in rs2, as thieving is such a click intensive skill, I feel like this would be a more fitting reward, rather than just giving one bonus from a diary :x

Also agreed that guilds can be more useful >_>

I am sure this idea is sort of like a racial in wow. Not meant to have anything else than a small benefit even though you can't make it 100% fair. I think construction cape would benefit more to being given a choice on the cape to go to your prayer altar too other than the portal room because I find myself teleporting back to my house to use my altar then either my mounted glory or portal room. I was hoping that maybe the agility cape would reduce the fail rate at all courses slightly. Obviously most courses have a 100% success rate at 99, but I know this would certainly make dorgesh-Kaan better than ardougne for significantly more effort, which seems well balanced to me. I do quite like the graceful idea however, and I imagine this to be more popular.

Herblore - %5 ( or %2 ) chance to save your herb or secondary ingredient.

Its fairly expensive to get 99 in herblore, why not let it save you a little money?

Fletching - Making arrow shafts with feathers in your inventory gives you flighted arrow shafts. (Not big but better then a knife....)

If the Varrock Diary armor gives 10% to mine double ore, up to adamantite, maybe the cape could benefit Rune mining. At a reduced rate as I think maybe a 10% chance to get double rune ore is too much to be a small perk, maybe 3.33%? No clue on how to evaluate percentage chances to balance it.

edit: Or a faster rate of mining for rune rocks.
