I would highly stress the skill is a constructive one, and the perks are merely shortcuts, new areas for training existing skills, I would not lump items that are to be "highly desired" such as new prayers, or weapons into the skill as this will force resentment for those who enjoy cb over skilling.

This is not to say that a new slayer monster couldn't be added to a specific island - as certain quests have given select areas for new monsters. But I would not really "force" people into a skill with the prospect with high level cb prayers such as augury and rigour.

Any support, rather than "I want dung, I want Claws, I want 2011 Rs" would be appreciated. This is a new game guys, so please think up some good ideas, we need updates but who wants to wait one by one for every update RS3 had.. You can't sit and cry, or hate forever.

I Support with what the wakka and darkearth said people are just complaining about something without even reading indepth into the post eoc and runescape2007 are two different games now people should just move on from both games and quit trying to force eoc updates onto runescape2007 instead new creative content exclusive to rs2007 should be implemented*

**:dr stop whining about eoc updates and accept the new decent content which will be available in the future

I think the focus should be on the dead skills before you add new ones. Firemaking at this point has no purpose or usefulness. (besides getting it 99 for the max cape when it arrives). I hated dung. If you weren't with a clan, you had to grab random people up to the level you wanted or pay to get up until you got accepted into a group. Summoning made the game too easy. I think sailing should be a mini-game that takes you to Zeah. Make it a gateway mini-game. Like pest control could have been a gateway. Make another mini-game that expands pc and takes you into the pest's world and you have to fight for their territory. OSRS still has skills where people haven't reached 200m exp, and you are wanting to add more skills. It seems like it will be a massive money sink and really clan based until more information is released. Also don't force PvP into non-PvP players. (A very small amount). Like the achievement diaries have. I'd vote yes if it comes out as a mini-game and NOT a skill. Also when this is polled poll for being released as a mini-game or skill.

I also believe it was said that two new developers would be brought on to help work on this update, which means it won't take time away from other updates. People need to realize that this game needs new content in order to grow. It's ridiculous how people now want dungeoneering, summoning, claws, etc, whereas when oldschool was first released everyone would have went crazy at the thought of it.

This game needs major updates and new content in order to survive, and I'd much rather it be completely new rather than recycled RS3 content. If they brought back dungeoneering, summoning, etc, there would be nothing new about the game. Everyone would already know the basic mechanics of everything.
