Why is the max cape only offered stats up to fire cape? Someone gets maxed and all they have to look forward to is a cosmetic change? It should have what the original max cape in rs2 did, +5 to attack stats, +4 str, +10 prayer, +11 defence. Why would you not want to properly reward someone for their effort? Still bitter about Sailing not passing

I remember when people with max cape complaint about tokhaar-kal (fight kiln cape) having +8 strength and max cape only +4.
Many of those "maxed" couldn't even complete an easy minigame like fight kiln.
Should these people get the best combat cape ingame?
Basically I don't care that someone spent 2000 hours training non-combat skills.

Cape needs to be lowered to 99k or stats raised to pre eoc stats. Stats of a skillcape should be 99k, firecape maybe 500k, still definitely not worth what you have it set at right now. I'm not sure who decided it was a good idea to charge as much as was charged in pre eoc yet leave basically everything beneficial about it out.

MAIN QUESTIONS

Max Cape: I quit the live game in early 2010, so I wasn't around for the original max cape's release. To me, that looks ugly. Max cape should look like a skillcape and the icon should be the stats icon you'd see in the tab (seems more relevant to osrs). The cape itself should be best in slot.
Zulrah items into Scales: Well bp/serp helm/magic fang are rising and scales are crashing now. Big surprise. Don't see how this is a fantastic money sink. Scales will crash so heavily it won't be worth the conversion. It won't be expensive to maintain anymore, but the items themselves will be like it was on release. It's just a trade-off. It's impossible to know the degree of extent though.
Barrows interface for loot: I quite like the concept of this, but as others have mentioned, sometimes you get attacked by monsters almost immediately after looting, thus the loot interface would only be visible for a split second. Is there anyway to circumvent this? Perhaps providing a brief 5 second immunity from all monster attacks after looting would be good.
Barrows broadcast: I'm somewhat impartial about this, but if I had to vote, I'd say no. I'd rather not see random people's loot be broadcast in my chat. I simply do not care.
Barrows brothers notifier: Great update. Yes all the way.
Fishing Trawler outfit: Voting yes for this. However, like Finbarr mentioned, improvements could be made to this update. Perhaps other rewards to entice people to actively stay playing the minigame.
Wild dog charm: I like this. Voting Yes.

Unique blowpipe animation: Yes
Ectophial teleport animation: Yes
Compass reorienting map to face north: Yes

Increase empty buckets that Tool Leprechaun can store: Yes
Sell -50 option to shops: I can see negative implications of this. Probably voting No.
Making vet'ion easier: No. The boss can already be safespotted, but even on the flipside of that...it's STILL not worth killing even with the buff done to RoG. Pretty well useless boss; this update isn't going to change that.
Omlie wrap for bullroarer: Yes
Pizzas don't move in inventory when eaten: Hell to the yes
Bones to bonemeal automated: No. This is a useless update, as gilded altars are still far better in every way.
Skill level instead of cb level in guilds: Cool concept, but voting no.
Doors in POH only closed by host: YES YES YES. This should've been a thing since day 1.
Bill Teach has a travel option: Yes
Welcome Screen removed whilst logging into wild: Absolutely YES.
Increase Skull Sceptre charges with Varrock Diary: Still a pretty useless item, but I'll vote yes.
Zilyana drops item that removes darkness from Zammy gwd: Voting No for this. Like really? Turn your brightness up if you think it's too dark. This is a beyond useless item, and it'll be probably worth next to nothing. Additionally, Zily already has way too many drops as it is.
Shortcut to Khazari jungle: Nah, it's isolated for a reason. Voting no.
Warning when exiting fight cave: Yes. This should've been implemented a long time ago.
Skill total worlds: I really like the concept of these. However, upon further speculation, I am voting NO. Think about how many people on osrs have 2k+ total. Now think of how many are on at once. Not many at all. Now think of a 2k+ total level world. It'd have maybe 100-150 people on it, and that's during peak times. Think of how easy it would be to horde resources on these worlds. Voting NO

My personal opinion for the max cape stats are that it should start with the base stats of a trimmed skill cape but with the ability to use various other cape slot items on the max cape to gain their effects, such as the fire cape and its stats, or the ava's device and its ability to collect ammunition. I feel if people have put the dedication in to earn such a goal they should be able to wear it where and when they would like.

Possible alternate question for poll

Q : Should you be able to augment the max cape with other cape slot items? This would consume the items but grant its stats to the cape. (e.g fire cape, ava's device)

I don't think the majority of players want Max cape to be best in slot. Players don't want to feel the extra urge to have to Max just to get the best in slot cape. I would support a Max cape either way, stats or no stats. I would like it if it had better stats than a fire cape, or even if it had the ability to combine Ava's/ Mage arena cape/ and Fire cape into one. (doubtful to happen). But I think the Max cape probably has the best chance to pass the poll if it doesnt become the new best cape. So imo the best option is to make it have the same stats as a Fire cape at the least.

I'm really looking forward to max cape, if it even passes. Not sure what the hate on it is about, seems to just be from NMZ prod players with trash stats.

A max cape isn't going to suddenly give players a "no xp waste" mentality, especially since it isn't going to be BIS, nor do we have BXP. Skilling is enjoyable to some players, I enjoy the grind. Skilling is not all I do on RS, otherwise I would be maxed by now. Half my game time is spent at barbarian assault, so I won't even be able to wear it very often once I max.

It would just be a nice accomplishment + aesthetic cape, why be selfish and vote no to something just because you won't get to use this piece of content? This was a huge arguments towards why deadman mode should be released, when it is clearly going to be deadcontent mode in less than a week.

I hope to see some more skilling and minigame updates within the next year, the PvM and PvP community gets fed enough.

Can you raise the amount of scales received for crafting the magic fang and serpentine visage/helm into scales from 10,000 to 30,000? I think the gap of 10,000 and 50,000 between magic fang/serp helm and toxic blowpipe is too large.
