Securing my argument with credibility. Oh look? I'm a 100% maxed mid PK'er who also PK's with a maxed main and near maxed pure? I actually know what I am talking about?!

Dividing The Player Base:

We have the standard Runescape account and by bastardized popularization we introduced Ironman Mode, and the absurd Ironman Mode. Currently we don't have enough players to fill our worlds, or their content. Zeah is on its way! We can't afford to split our player base further.


Our Current PvP Is In Trouble:

PvP is currently no risk, no reward, and always being ddosed. If you introduce Deadman Mode and people leave our current PvP it will die out. Furthermore, Deadman Mode will become ddosed like current PvP.


Player WILL QUIT:

Let's transition perfectly into the ddos issue. Players will be punished to the point of no sympathy. All of their beloved work will be gone and so will their admiration for this game.


Do you really want to do this!? Just because Mat K said it was a cool idea on stream? Should we let the game as a whole suffer for the mistake of one person? Let's see, why is this familiar? Oh, right, Evolution of Combat and Mod Mark. Our game has quickly dropped from 50K to 40K player base. Our game has made a 10,000 USD PvP tournament to try to hype PvP. PvP is already in trouble as is all of our unfulfilled content. Please CANCEL this terrible update before it's too late. I get people are blinded by hype, but maybe they should take a second to consider the risks this update will bring.

Anyway, put your money where your mouth is, put it up on youtube and get your 68k "active" subscribers riled up. That would literally be the intelligent thing to do if you really don't want it in the game. Is this defiled/joy person for real? No one is disputing whether he pks or not. That isn't what the dev blog is about... We are disputing that he doesn't know the future and that deadman mode is nothing like EoC which you and your "lack" of propaganda insinuated it was the same as. They aren't suggesting this mode just for your so get your head out of your arse.

I'd be happy if Jagex sees how cancerous this is and all the disapproval on this thread. Cancelling this update now would show complete competence of their business.

Of course I know the future of this update. Did you even read my argument? Perhaps go have another look. Our game physically cannot handle this. Zeah will challenge what content will live and die as is. Do you really think we can handle this update?

It's a complete bastardization of our current PvP system. It will separate the PK'ers and thus kill PK'ing. It's already bad enough as is and I don't believe you PvP at all. You have no grasps on the situation. I don't value your credibility. I'm sorry if that offends you.

That's why you run a successful business right? Since you know "complete competence" within businesses? You obviously do care since you are getting so riled up about it. And if it won't pass a poll, then there is no harm in polling it for you although i don't think roughly 10 people on a forum thread saying that "this is liek eoc" is going to stop it passing.
