Dear Jagex employees, can you try and fix how unstable your connection is? I know that in your recent post you said that you are importing some data and working on the DDOS issues but at the least you can give your player base some forewarning. A simple message saying " We will be shutting the servers down in X minutes " would be great. Some of us have died due to this server issue and it could have been avoided with some simple notice. Not really trying to make this an angry post, i'm more just speaking for a large portion of the player base that just wants to play the game without fear of lose of connection / death in game. Have a good one. I love lamp.

This is getting ridiculous Jagex. Every day and night it's constant disconnects. Tonight, I lost all of my items (about 1.5m, not that much but still) because your servers got ddossed and I could not log back in for 30 minutes, so even with the little grace period I still lost all my stuff. I'm sure I'm just one of thousands of player to have that happen recently. To experienced players it's not that big of a deal, maybe a minor annoyance to get back what you lost, consider new or less experienced players. Things like this will drive them away. I used to play back from 2005-2008 and I never ever remember severe problems like this. Hasn't cyber security improved in ten years, it seems like ddossing would be handled.

Have you ever thought that banning the accounts does absolutely nothing but make them more mad? It's not like they'd stop any way, so I guess that's a moot point. This is a major problem, resizing the game can wait, OSbuddy already does it for you any way.

If DDossing is considered against the law in America, Jagex should certainly press charges. Hell, if they're attacking German and UK from the USA maybe they can classify these little butthurt kids as international terrorists ;)

Seriously though, legal action should be taken. I just explained to my wife what was going on and said "If I went to the theater and cut the screen all up and ruined the movie for everyone cause I was mad they would arrest me and charge me with all sorts of crimes." I know it's not exactly the same but these punks are ruining a game many people pay for, I'm sure Jagex takes a financial hit as well from loss of business and paying people overtime to fix the servers.
