Kraken and Thermy already have very high requirements. It's good to have a boss like Cerberus so that lower level players will also have a slayer boss to kill. I don't see any reason why the new bosses should have higher reqs than their non boss counterparts. Their drops aren't even that powerful or high level.

No, you don't need to over-complicate something that is already going to be a great addition to the game.

Great stuff, very excited . Please take some of my feedback into consideration though. :)

- I would really hate for Cerberus to not have a slayer requirement when it's drops are so good. I would suggest putting it somewhere between 85 - 93, to fill in the gaps for bossing alternatives for slayer. Someone who's 90 combat and 65 slayer and can get a hellhound task shouldn't be able to kill it if you ask me...

-Please keep the whip drop rate on the new boss at least 1/512, whips have been holding their value very nicely we would hate for it to spit out whips 1/128 or something

-I think the primordial boots should have +1 str over dragon boots, they're best in slot for defense but I couldn't see everyone getting too excited over that

-The new boss slayer task gets me a little worried about 2 things: Corp, and Zulrah. Corp masses are a very popular thing and it would become required to be on task to get ANY kills, basically ruining it for everyone else. Also, being able to get 15% faster kills at Zulrah is OP. I don't think I have to circlejerk about Zulrah being too profitable I'm sure you've seen the 1000 other threads but making it even faster is probably not a good idea. Please consider not including these two bosses from the "boss" slayer task.

-Can you include Kurask's to the drop table rework? They require a leaf bladed sword to kill, making them really slow, and their drops are a joke. 2 banana, pineapples, noted flax. On top of that they are 70 slayer requirement and quite a trek to get to. They could use some love.

-Boosted Tasks. I'm not so sure about including kraken and aviansie to those. Kraken tasks are already very rewarding. And some people ONLY do arma GWD on task. Letting you do it a lot more would only make it less worth it to do.

-Broad darts. I just don't see the point of adding an in between dart for mithril/adamant. It's only going to make adamant darts less worth making/using. Which is a popular profitable smithing method.

Everything but broad darts sounds good, but the slayer requirements for cerberus and sire should be reconsidered, many people says they should need a 90+ red to kill them, and thats a nice idea, in mi opinion you should make a new area for the stronghold cave, and this cave will contain both bosses cerberus and sire, and there should be a req of 90+ slayer to get into that part of the cave, this will prevent those new bosses to be camped and their drops devalued.

Also on reddit I saw a nice idea for the dagger here it is

everything else sounds great to me, cant wait for all those to come out

Can we please not need a slayer task to kill the new slayer bosses, instead make it either 99+ slayer requirement or a slayer task? I got 99 slayer over a year ago and I don't want to have to slay past 99 just so I can try out this new content. A 99+ slayer requirement to kill the bosses off-task seems fair to me, even if it's a limited amount per day off-task.

Another criticism, I don't like how almost every slayer task would be now in Neive's cave. Add some more variety to the game, don't just lump every monster in one place.

Altogether though it looks like a great blog.


99+ and make it an elite exclusive...no...thank you. 85 for abyssal demon boss makes a lot of sense already. Hellhound doesn't have a slayer requirement but the boss could get a slayer requirement of 70ish or 60ish.

Hell no to the infernal axe/pick, skiller rewards shouldn't always come from slayer. Allow people with high firemaking get it as a reward, we know this is the adze, it should be rewarded like the adze.

and no to higher slayer requirement on abby demon and no to a slayer requirement at all on the hellhound boss.
