I think there should definitely be a higher level requirement on the bosses. I know as it stands there is no requirement for hellhounds, but if they make the drop table as Op as Zulrah then it'll be ridiculous. Zulrah has practically no requirements and can be rinsed by low levels and that has really affected the economy.
The Cerberus boss is going to effectively drop the highest tier boots in game but you don't want a slayer requirement? It's going to leave people farming it who haven't bothered to train slayer and this is a SLAYER update - yet you don't want a required level? Combat is too frequently becoming a replacement for skilling, for example, Zulrah crashing the market for farming, if something doesn't have an alch value, it's very difficult for it to hold it's price (Yew seeds are now more expensive than magics). I digress. BUT, I think we seriously need to think long and hard about the requirements AND the drop table as too often it's released and amendments are being made after.
Also, kill "x" of any boss is ridiculous, needs some kind of specificity.
But as a first blog, it looks great. Just needs some thought and interaction with the community, hopefully it'll work out well.
