Couple of things I'd like to see changed. First, I don't necessarily like the idea of the boss slayer task applying to all bosses. Anyone on task with a slayer helm can dominate anyone who's not on task and just trying to boss for fun. If it were limited to just the new (and old) slayer bosses it would probably be fine, but allowing anyone with a boss task to crash people at corp or sara or arma sucks.
Second, the range boots look slightly overpowered. A +4 range bonus over current best in slot (and super expensive), which is already a +5 bonus over the next best option? I'd suggest +10 instead of +12 - it's only a small boost over current best, but lots of people would still pay tons for best in slot range boost.
Third, I don't like the listed requirements for the infernal tools. 85 smith but only 61 mining and then untradeable? If there were some form of infernal tools that were tradeable I'd be ok with it. As it is, they're not very useful.
Other than that, I like a lot of what I read. I hope everything will be polled individually rather than just one big "slayer update - take it or leave it".
