The poll is very biased, listing GE in Varrock only as "None of the above". Most people chose the "GE in Varrock and every bank" option because there was no clear Varrock only option. Its as if Mod Ronan who doesn't understand anything about this game has laid out the poll questions, they have been that misleading nowadays (look at blowpipe attack speed for example, people vote for same speed as magic shortbow, what we got was same speed as darts!).

Because of GE mostly, this will be my last membership, unfortunately I have a lot of it remaining. I have been playing since launch (only had a 3 month break in 2 years) so Im a loyal player, but this direction is exactly the same what ended in me quitting RS2 in 2010.
Think about this: when OSRS was released in 2013 it was like 2007, quickly GWD was introduced, about the same time as it was in RS2 (August 2007). Then GE came around in November 2007, okay thats what OSRS is behind in 1 year. Corporeal beast was released in September 2008 (same exact time as in OSRS; 1 year, 9 months after launch), Dragon claws were released in November 2008 (this can reflect the blowpipe in OSRS for example as its 2 years from launch). What you see here is the exact same direction being taken, the exact same speed of "overpowered" stuff being introduced. Jagex has chosen the same road again, misleading and undetailed player polls will change nothing. THE SAME MISTAKES ARE BEING DONE AGAIN!
So leave no one is going to stop you.

This is the typical zero contribution "Please leave, nobody cares about you" type of reply. Yes, no one is going to stop me from leaving but no one should stop me from bringing my point of view to the table, thats what the forums are for. I used facts (release dates of updates) as a base for my opinions, whereas your post is just a blind hatemail towards me. If you are going to discuss something, learn how to.

if you are gonna quit anyways leave the forums and stop trying to change to game if you don't care anymore, you talk like you leave but you do not actually leave you try to convince people on forums wich means you still want to play and still do care, if you quit, quit properly and don't come back

If you mean by peak point the peak amount of bots then 2010 would be that. Went chinchompa hunting, bots everywhere, went to ape atoll agility, bots everywhere.

And yes I talk about leaving but I also mentioned I have a lot of membership left which I have already paid (more than 8 months remaining) so it would not be very wise to quit completely now, before GE is even implemented. And even after the economy is what it is after GE, I will still be able to enjoy content which is not affected by GE, for example the remaining quests. Me leaving or quitting the game simply means not buying new membership time.

And I have not spammed the forums, this was my first post regarding GE. I dont get where you got that idea and Im sorry if I seem like a spammer. Im just voicing my opinion about the direction Jagex has (once again) taken. Not everyone thinks this game should evolve quickly, even if the majority thinks so (as in GE case).

DW about Darkers accusing you of spamming, at the end of his three posts in a row lol, all three posts just saying you suck and nothing constructive.

OT the majority is voting for the Varrock & all banks option hopefully because it allows the yes for GE ppl their so-called nostalgia over the central building while still allowing the rest of us the option of not having to go there for all trading. In RS3, if you run into somebody in Catherby wanting to buy your sharks you can't help them when your sharks are already in the GE. Granted, in RS3 you don't just run into ppl like that anymore but in oldschool you do, and I'd like to keep it that way.

As mentioned before:

A tax is a LEGENDARY idea.
Why?

- No merc* clans since buying selling buying would create a margin of loss.
- People will still trade face to face for big trades
Since the tax is a percentage of the value.

This wont pass thou. Why? People rather be greedy, than fix the game.
