Looks good apart from the bone drops being noted 100% of the time which is OP - Make it a chance, and a higher chance for elite (fremennik).

Good fair rewards. Hope you dont need to hold the specific item for most of the rewards. I dont like looking for the items in my bank just to preform one task. The only achevment diary item i ever used was the explorers ring.
