ideas for new rewards:

varrock elite: apothecary will be able to decant potions

fremennik elite: ability to climb up the hill at waterbirth island to the snowy entrance allowing you to go to dks without a partner

wildy: choose where obelisks teleport you (different charges depending how many wildy diaries are done)

I guess so that the herbalist will accept vials of water and the herbs in noted form? If so, herblore will be 100% xp, rather than 50%, if you know what i mean by that. What is "a small fee" though? Can already tell that Sick Nerd will love this :P
