To get elite rewards you need to truly be an accomplished player. 90+ stat requirements all over the place, one of the diaries even requires a 99.

Btw, I haven't done any (karamja) diaries yet so do these bonuses work only when wielding the item for that region or always?

And yes Ronan I have most skills near or over 90. Still very displeased that these are so OP.

A large majority of players will never come close to completing more than one elite diary. For you, yes, perhaps it will be a touch easier as you have already achieved the stats, but for a player that starts out at ~1000 total and works their back-side off to unlock all of these rewards it is not a simple task. @JagexRonan
