I am very disappointed in Jagex on this one... not only are you about to raise the price of membership (AGAIN!) you're not even going to listen to what the players want? An overwhelming majority of players voted that they did not want you to change most of the things that you have changed like splashing yet you did it anyway? What was the point of the poll then? I thought there was a 75% vote needed to pass things guess not anymore... Thanks for the good run Jagex but if you increase the price more and don't listen to the players I will definitely be quitting runescape.
I really do not understand the hate for NMZ guthans. You do realize you can do the same exact thing at bandits with full guthans? Only difference being your armor repairs are paid for and you don't have to worry about people luring you out of the bandit houses/tents.
Never hear anyone complaining about bandits auto-attacking you and never going un-aggressive.
AFK combat training has always existed, don't know why you're getting upset about NMZ.

Also what about alching? isn't setting up a clicker and leaving for 6 hours and gaining MORE exp per hour than splashing just as bad if not worse?
That's macroing and is against the rules and would cause your account to be permanently banned.
Regardless of what people say, I think Jagex has made the reight decisions regarding the recent updates. As with everything, you get the few people who don't agree, but overall they have offered an excellent middle ground for the conflict between pro-splashers and non-splashers. They provide a valid and logical reason for not changing NMZ afk guthans training as yes, it does take one a fair amount of game time to get the stats required for guthans let alone the gold required for a set of guthans armour. This is great logic as I recall reading on reddit someone posting about how this game gets a bit tedious on the grind around level 70+ in most skills and how there are less incentives and milestones to keep going. Splashing has not been disabled completely and afk guthans training at nmz offers an alternative method that doesn't involve a soemtimes intimidating 70+ grind.
People all have their opinions. Mine; Jagex is doing fine, they are working with what they got and doing what they can. I don't see any of you running the company for a large scale game and catering to EVERY SINGLE one of your customers individual needs. Nothing in the world works this way, get real to those of you who think you are entitled to something more than what is offered.
The only thing I dont like about this update is the lack of information regarding the thanksgiving event
Edit: Jagex treats you guys more fairly than an overwhelming majority of the world does to its people. I assume some of you (notably the ones complaining a lot) have not experienced the real world yet. Well, once you do, i sincerly hope you do not have this mindset towards the real world or you will be sever*y disappointed. Learn to work with what you got and accept that against your correct or incorrect opinions, it is unchangeable and therefore learn to work with what you have without having acry about it. Not being mean, its just the realistic state of the world.

Jagex is a company based in Cambridge, England actually.
I am against this update. Jagex, why did you let us vote, if it does not count? All of this reminds me of COMMUNISM. it is not only my opinion, your vote did not pass damn!
