Uh guys we pay mor because we only pay one source. RS3 has 3 or 4 seperate sources. Besides separate but equal would bw the likely outcome. That means you pay the same for one game instead of three (classic, RS3, osrs). Good day to lose ppl since we have no bonds which ppl pay with and lose ppl who play both.

Even other companies that run multiple games offer a discount price to just play one of their games. A good example of this was SOE before they completely converted to a free to play model. Sorry but osrs can easily self sustain with the small team we have working on it easily via just the membership model. Rs2 did just fine up until they decided to add cash shops into the game. They increased revenue but lost members as a result. We should never have to pay for development of a game we do not play. Makes no sense.

Your missing the point. Jagex isn't just supporting osrs or even osrs and RS3.

True but that is no offense their problem. Our problem is paying for the game we play. And it is unfair to increase membership fees for the game we play to pay for the one we don't. It make as much sense walking into a burger joint and being forced to pay the price of a combo meal to just get a single hamburger.

I asked this earlier, but here it goes again :)

For mod:
Can you buy premier club membership for the same price as with credit-card without being logged in. If not; Can you make that possible, because I really want membership as a Christmas gift from my family, and I'm pretty sure that there are others who wants the same.
Taking all donations for free :3 ^_^

LMAO, why am I not surprised?

Original message details are unavailable.

How much will the new price be?

The new price will be announced in early 2015, before the price rise itself happens. While the exact amount isn't finalised yet, it will remain competitive when compared to other MMOs.

Hopefully competitive with those free MMO's... Wait, who am I kidding? $15/month incoming

Free MMOs use serious microtransaction to pay the bill. .
"When history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself... first, as a dark demon. As a demon, it uses its power to rain death upon the land, and then it dies. However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns, this time, as a great hero"

yep, done with runescape think i'll be quitting for good, these updates are dumb as ****. Why do i have to pay for eoc/legacy content when i dont play it. Raising the membership fee for oldschool makes no sense as the content is revamped

You will need to be logged in buy the membership. What I do with my family is to keep their pocket money written down in a book and when they want to buy something (like OS membership) I can pay for it on a card. Perhaps something similar might help with your family?

So does RS (on top of charging you monthly, as well), what's your point?
