The cycle itself doesn't sound too bad, but it is way too long. Keep the stuff on TH rarer (e.g. original promotion yellow -> permanent red), make a 2nd chance promotion 2-3 months later, add it to a runepass/time limited event after 6 months and then to some ingame content (it doesn't need to be *free*) after 9-12 months after the initial promotion. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

I was talking about skill outfits.

It was said a while back that all future elite skilling outfits will be available in game. So far no new outfits have been released on TH.

Normal skilling outfits are available in game already. Time to follow an trail of Treasure.

If that sentence means fully free to pay players can just simply claim these items 2 years after they see them on TH, then I see a big step to the free to play direction in Jagex's future plan. ;)

On the other hand, this 2 year TH item cycle plan clearly shows TH is very much in Jagex's agenda. So stop dreaming about removing TH. :D :D :D

We shouldn't mind about them too much - the current plan is that all new ones are directly released as ingame content (e.g. farming for player owned farms) and the old ones after roughly 6 months after their initial release (read it as eventually, dungeoneering will be released with elite dungeons 2 - I guess we should be done with the other two at some point in 2019) Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

definitely shows the "items" are free to claim at some point after the 2 year period... unless Jagex tries to run that common "claim your lost/forgotten properties here"... but what they don't say is "for a service fee". :D :D :D

Anyway, I don't think Jagex runs this kind of fishy services. I beg they will be free, but I don't know how often can we claim a piece of such TH items though... perhaps once every 3 months or a year? :D :D :D
