It's fair solution that everything that was available in the game will eventually be available to every player, doesn't matter when they start playing.
Not sure about delays, but impatient have options to get it faster, it's great.

Still one question on the vote - why did not you group similar items like coronet of winter, summer, etc.. into one group?

I'll admit I'm not thrilled about this.
The more time a skill exists, the less a player would have a need for it.
How long does it take these days to get 99 or 120 in some skills?

In terms of the "2 year cycle":
The Elite Dungeoneering was released October of 2016. So, in theory, Jagex isn't exactly doing much to hold it back other than by a few months. One advantage is that it would come out around the time the 3rd Elite Dungeon comes out ...

The Elite Hunter however, won't come out until August or September of 2019. Good luck with that ....

The elite woodcutting would be due March or April of 2019 as well. A tad sooner, but does feel like quite the wait to think that it is still 8-9 months out. Especially for one of the oldest skills in the game.

Seriously? Available for free from the Oddment store? NO SUPPORT. What's the point getting these items from costly TH promos if everything becomes free anyway. Just a waste of keys, waste of gps in the end...

Better idea is to make a new promo or release an old promo again to bring back old items. You did this with Smashing Relics & Burried Treasure promos. Boneyard could also be used for old items. Instead of making it obtainable through little to no effort. Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

The point was you got to enjoy said items for much longer than ppl who didnt get them.
