If I may add, there should be a super special token released alongside Party Hats when they're added to TH. This token, when redeemed, will give the player a FULL party hat set!

It will be rarer than an purple prize and have a very, very LOW chance to win it. Harder to get than a HSR or any 2nd age armor.

BUT if you purchase either the 750 or 1000 key special package it is unlocked automatically! That way the players who support Jagex the MOST will be extra rewarded.

This special package will also give players a extra special aura that when active gives a player a 15% chance of receiving a random party hat while skilling! The aura will only last 3 hours before having to recharge. It is called the 'Partyhat Snooper Aura.'

Very excited about these upcoming changes!

There actually is abuse and corruption among the flip/merch/investing activity. The Mods routinely have to police the price check theads, etc.

Additionally, flip/merch/investing is and overpowered afk activity and it must be nerfed.

Plus, we celebrate the holidays every year, so the Partyhats should be released every year.

There is that feel that "True Collectors of Cosmetics" actually support Partyhats on Treasure Hunter, but some are just shy to say so, but that's ok

Nope.

I mean you could apply this logic to any other holiday item yet they aren't returning.

So no reason phats should be any different.
Actually, you're wrong again as usual.

Other holiday rewards have been returning, various holiday emotes and items such as the Snow Globe have been released again and again, etc.

So, yeah, it shouldn't be any different with Partyhats, just like the other holiday items that have been released a number of times, so should the Partyhats be released again.
