No tradeable rares or untradeable rares should ever get re-released.
If you were there when they got released, awesome and you should keep them. They are a symbol of prestige.
Re-releasing any type of rare into the game would destroy their value and make them meaningless to the people who actually still play the game and have held onto them this long.
