Ferraris are more expensive to produce than paper hats. It's not possible to give everyone a free Ferrari, but don't worry! Giving everyone free phats is possible!
It's also possible, both in real life and in-game, to produce infinite money with no cost, so because it's possible and everyone would want to be a billionaire, should we also give everyone a free billion?
No, not really. Everyone remembers what happened with Germany's hyperinflation after the first world war, yes? Not that we need to go there, since in RS3, money is already pretty worthless, partially thanks to Treasure Hunter handing out so many 200m gp prizes.
It's understandable to want to have fun, but for the long term health of the game, it's important to have fun responsibly; partyhats shouldn't be rereleased, and Treasure Hunter isn't good for anything. > )

Its possible to give everyone a Ferrari so i dont know where you got that from.
Phats on the other hand is impossible.
If you believe it's possible to produce over 7 billion Ferraris
------------------------------------------------------
<html>
<script type="text/javascript">
document.write("<b>Over 7 billion Ferrari and Partyhats awarded!</b><br />" ) ;
var i = 1;
do
{
<img src="Ferrari.png" alt="The Ferrari is sent to your bank.">;
<img src="Partyhat.png" alt="The Partyhat is sent to your bank.">;
i = i + 1;
} while ( i < 7,000,000,001)
</script>
</html>
-----------------------------------------------------
It's possible but, the Ferrari tends to drive away from the topic.
Ferrari are different from Partyhats because a Ferrari has wheels and a Partyhat does not, so the comparison cannot be made since the Ferrari is so vastly different it is practically off-topic.
The topic here is, of course, Partyhats on Treasure Hunter which is an awesome idea because sharing the pure fun of the Partyhat parties is the true spirit of joy and cheerful holidays!

Exactly.
Indeed, your view is
exactly
incorrect because the long term health of the game relies on appropriate game balance.
Currently, flip/merch/investing things like Partyhats is overpowered and it must be nerfed because an afk activity shouldn't outpace more intense activities such as pvm.
This is why Partyhats on Treasure Hunter is the responsible way to have fun, and it's the right thing to do because it's a step towards better game balance, it strengthens the future of the game and many more people may share the fun of the Partyhat Parties!

Somehow i have to disagree.
Ruining the market wouldnt be the right way to go about "having fun" IMO.

Somehow I don't know why you feel that you have to disagree but, Partyhats on Treasure Hunter would, in fact, strengthen the market by virtue of more people being able to participate in the market.
Increasing the supply of Partyhats will actually increase the fun! More people will be able to share in the cheerful spirit of Partyhat parties for the happy holidays year round!
So, Partyhats on Treasure Hunter will help Jagex strengthen their funding to hire more people to develop more awesome updates for
everyone
to enjoy!
Support Partyhats on Treasure Hunter, it's the right thing to do!
