But, before they could know it, the horizons thundered with fire-hurricane storms, skies turning a flaming-red, and the hellhounds growling and bouncing, now aiming against their old masters. Just in a flash of seconds, another portal from Infernus opened up, with avernic Butchers raiding through, destroying the sight of the chthonian foes.

As it started, with a flash of seconds, it all ended. And now, that gigantic figure in crimson stood, once a mahjarrat and now a god, ready to claim the world and its people as his own.

Very cool.

Looking back over prior post, I notice I left the thread on the note of "what if" Azzanadra had been needed as Zaros' vessel? I would need to start all the way from the beginning and retcon the "Azzanadra and Sliske cannot follow you in the portal" bit. Sliske will be there too, this will complicate things...

Original message details are unavailable.
What about an actual musical though, with a song for each major event of the Sixth age.

Guthix - Painful History

Come closer, young adventurer, one of my chosen few,
Though we have only just met, trust that what I tell is true.
I used to have a small stone house, in a far and distant world.
I had a loving wife, and a beautiful young girl.

When our child was still yet young, I became a widower.
My life had lost its light, and all that was left was her.
My darling daughter Aagi, made me laugh, and made me smile,
She took away my misery, and made living worthwhile.

One day a young Naragi came and told a wild tale,
Of a blue-skinned giant in Askeroth, whose walls he did assail.
My first thought of my daughter, now not safe to go out and play,
But courtesy then overtook, and I bid the boy to stay.

I wanted more for Aagi, she deserved a happy life,
But I promised to protect her, to my illness-stricken wife.
“Shelter available, all aided” a sign to refugees,
I sought to protect them from the wars, but the wars then came to me.

The world was lit ablaze, and my neighbors dead all around,
My cherished girl, a child-! Lay dead upon the ground.
To lose all I had left, I couldn’t be, it must be fraud!
In my rage, I took the hunter’s blade, and killed the fearsome god.

I tried to prevent this world from falling to that fate,
But something big is coming, and we cannot afford to wait.
We cannot let this world fall in the hands of a deity,
Before all else one thing is true – Gielinor must be free!

I realize how harsh it is, to place this burden on you,
But your destiny is far greater, than any of us knew.
So, young adventurer, when Gods’ banners come unfurled,
It is my dying wish, please, defend this world…

Saradomin and Zamorak - Ordo ad Chaos/Chao ad Ordos

Saradomin
Zamorak
Moia
(Black Knights Choir)

(White Knights Choir)

Through this portal I arrived, and what here have I spied?
It is the Po-wer of Gu-THIX!
This is truly what I seek,
The power to raise up the weak.
Stre-ngth through Cha-OS!

Stop right there you unholy fiend,
Saradomin has arrived upon this scene!

You!
Chaos is what this world needs,
Your stagnation will be its end!

Order and protection mark a true god
Quit with your game of pretend!

A thousand worlds I’ve travelled,
And no other do I so much abhor.
You bring destruction and call it strength,
End this madness, I implore!

Look at these lowly humans,
Does their weakness not clearly show?
A single rabid dog could
Lay a hundred of them low.

Is it pleasing to see such an embarrassment?

‘Tis the military’s job to fight!
Your soldiers are but novices!
I’ll show you my might!

Come! My pedestal of holy light!

Come! Mine of burnt stone and ore!
This power belongs to me!
Such words are to declare war!

(Sa-ra-do-min!)

(Za-mo-rak!)

(Sa-ra-do-min!)

(Za-mo-rak!)

People come from far and wide
To bring me divine shards.

Ha, your hubris over such a thing,
Did you think convincing them was hard?

The only ones who’d join you, are murderers and scum!
(Glory to the God of Order)

Acting as if your hands were clean, from where does that arrogance come!
(Praise Zamorak, Lord of Chaos)

I started out with far more tears, and only widened the gap since then!
(Strength through Order)

Don’t get ahead of yourself, “God of Wisdom” all that matters is the end!
(Strength through Chaos)

(Sa-ra-do-min!)

(Za-mo-rak!)

(Sa-ra-do-min!)

(Za-mo-rak!)

In the weeks that we have battled here,
My power has grown threefold.
Saradomin thusly defeated Zamorak,
Will be what future generations are told.

Argh!
(Oh No!)

(Oh Yes!)

(This cannot happen!)
(This has truly happened!)

Milord, are you wounded?
I ordered our forces retreat.
Curse Saradomin’s trickery!

No, Moia, I’ve been beat.

This day has proven me far too weak
To bring our dream to life.
Such realization hurts far worse
Than any blast or knife.

I called upon our forces,
Yet saw no Mahjarrat.
(Traitors!)

Zemoregal, Enahkra, Hazeel,
Where were my loyal at?
(We are here my lord!)

I must regain lost power,
To realize our goals someday,
But let us not waste more time here,
Gather your magic, take us away.

As this is "Headcanon Haven", I come to you not with a story, but rather a request.

(Lego, if this isn't the sort of thing you want on your thread, please let me know and I'll make my own. I just wasn't sure I wanted to destroy a thread to ask a question like this)

Do any of you have Mahjarrat D&D typing headcanons? Lawful Evil, True Neutral, Chaotic Good and the like? Specifically, for the Mahjarrat that are alive right now (excluding Zamorak, if you'd count him)? I would really appreciate if you'd say. It'd help me figure out something for fan-work I'm considering creating.

They had traveled for 3 hours in the blazing heat. There were 50 of them, half Iban's group, and half Iorwerth's. With them traveled 30 prisoners, mostly women and children, whom they had claimed during the march.

Lord Iban led the procession in the front, sitting in a carriage to shade him from the heat. Four of his disciples upheld the carriage, and alongside him him walked Kardia, his faithful, and several leaders of the Iorwerth escort.

"Yes, twice in fact!" Iban roared merrily, conversing with several of the elves besides him. "The first time by a knight who had broken his code of honour, the second by Zoinkwiz himself. But that idiot adventurer forgot to take care of Kardia here, so she just brought me back again!"

The listeners stole a nasty glance at Kardia, a hideous apparition, who neither responded nor betrayed her thoughts. They knew that if not for the death of Bandos, which confirmed the mortality of the so called 'Gods', Iban would never admit his reliance on such a creature.

The procession moved on to the west, and as midday approached, the heat became unbearable. Iban lightly waved his feathered fan against his face, a present rumored to be from Lady Iorwerth herself. They were engaged, one of the many presents Iorwerth offered Iban in exchange for his efforts in the upcoming campaign.

Of-course though, this was a ruse. All the elves knew that Iorwerth would never allow such a thing, and that he would find a chance to get rid of Iban when his assistance was no longer needed.

They stopped for the second time, by Lord Iban's command, and were compelled to perform the Great Mass In Honour of the God Iban, in D Minor, written by Iban himself. Praying for a swift death to save them from this fate, the elves defeatedly were forced to comply.

Praise Lord Iban, praise him!
The son of Zamorak himself!
The infinitely great, of unimaginable wisdom!
Iban, Lord Iban the Great!
Who topples kingdoms,
And makes all mortals tremble in fear,
Who's fashion sense in undeniable,
You can not find such a God anywhere!
Praise the Iban-fossil, Praise it!
Praise it, Praise it, Praise it!
Who comes to Elven aid,
To quicken the Dark One's return.
With his newly perfected necromancy,
And his amazingly evil beard!
Praise Lord Iban, praise him!
The son of Zamorak himself,
Praise him, Praise him, Praise him, Praise him!
Or he shall devour your very flesh!

Still contemplating suicide, the Elves returned to their posts, as Iban's cheered the Elvish performance. Commander Erheian, the highest in command of Iorwerth's group, fell ill, and was temporarily replaced by Second-in-command, Morvran. Iban appeared not to notice, and continued with his jolly remarks as the procession continued onwards.

In truth though, Iban was very weak. The heat wasn't particularly important to him when he had ordered the carriage to be built. He was exerting his new magical prowess, and that drained his energy to such an extent that he was afraid he could not even stand up anymore. He of course could not admit such a weakness, and kept up his act.

I can not appear weak. Not here. Not now.

He had nightmares ever since the mahjarrat appeared to him months before. It was he who perfected his technique, who had taught him secrets beyond the scope of mortals understanding. And what did the mahjarrat ask in return?

"In return? Can one not give presents without being suspected of ulterior motives?" he laughed. "Well.. I suppose. All I ask is that follow your little plan, and that no one - absolutely no one - must know I gave you this little present. That is all I ask."
