Pretty sure Vampyres serve their own needs/masters (Vanescula, Iorwerth)
They are still predatorial animals that just have a society, they follow the alpha male/female like animals do. However, it's a power struggle as seen in-game, if you're not a good leader, they will kill you.

So I would not add them to any army apart their own, werewolves worship Zamorak (Festival of Zamorak) but there's no hint that vampyres do.

Allies maybe, but you don't add EU nations' troops that are part of NATO into US Army roster, now do you?

Indeed, that is why I put a question mark on them. I think River of Blood will show us if they will side with Zamorak. If Vanescula dies, I think the next strongest vampyre is Malak and Malak is a zamorakian. (He was a option in the DAT poll and also he was one of the zamorakian guardians of diamonds of Azzanadra.) Through

Btw, Baxtorian could probably go toe to toe with Azzanadra. He is capable of growing an entire forest in a blink of an eye and then creating treants from them, summon rivers, erect/move mountains, etc.

Well given that Drakan was in his inner circle, Malak is basically confirmed loyal, and they're fighting with him in GWD, not to mention they're basically screwed if they hold no loyalty to any faction....yeah, I'd count them.

I'm not sure.
Perhaps the key lies in the history of the seven priestly knights.

However, since Vanescula is not taking the Zamorakian way like Drakan did, I'm afraid they need new leadership, such as Malak.

A shame though, I really liked Drakan, I would've prefered to kill Vanescula instead.
I also don't quite see how Drakan's endplan was bad for the myreque, Drakan intended to return to vampyrium.

From the fight with Drakan we can conclude he was the absolute strongest vampyre around, even Vanescula paled in comparison.

And of course now we have the prisoner on the loose who's likely a saradominist icyene of substantial power ( if Drakan did'nt cripple the prisoner that is ).
