If you want to know how much you truly disappointed Azzanadra -
He has post-quest dialogue after completing TLW.
I can confirm that more or less no matter what choices you made - he's disappointed.
I suspect he's not disappointed if you chose to include everything. I wouldn't know, however, as I, like a good Lore Forumer, took an option that disappointed Azzanadra.

One does not simply please Azzanadra.
Azzanadra is disappointed that I made this reference.
Azzanadra called us close. He then bellowed at the top of his lungs "
Don't disappoint me or you shall suffer the consequences!
" We still don't know what they will be.

And, once again, we're back at the topic of pleasing Azzanadra. Yikes...

Azzanadra is disappointed that nowadays people aim for disappointing him in the first place, seemingly not even trying to do something finally right. Tsk, tsk...

It was inadvertent - I guess it's what happens when you do the quest before there's any information with what will come with certain choices. Azzanadra is disappointed with my sad-but-true excuses.
Azzanadra is disappointed that we are not what he perceives to be "perfect". However, although he does not openly admit it, he does secretly enjoy the fact that we are doing our best to make him happy. Azzanadra is further disappointed that I have brought this secret to the surface.....He also may pretzel me for my insolence in doing so.
Azzanadra called us close. He then bellowed at the top of his lungs "
Don't disappoint me or you shall suffer the consequences!

Azzanadra just recently came out with a book called "How To Not Get Pretzel'd".
You must have missed chapter 3, page 45 of this book where it's clearly pointed out that revealing Azzanadra's secrets is NOT a way to avoid pretzelhood for the rest of your life.
Congratulations, you've unlocked a new title: the Pretzel'd.
