Okay so just watched a vid of the conversation the player has with the balance elemental while they fight and.....it really reminds me of bob the cat and Robert the strong. Bob is just as confused as us in the quest when we tell him hes the reincarnation of a Hero from the 4th age. So..does this mean we were something similar? It might not have been in the 4th age, but more like the 2nd or 3rd since there isn't any other mention of a mysterious adventurer/hero in the 4th. All the others seem to have their own story like Arrav and Wally.

I think that we could've travelled in time in the future, back to the past, so that we could meet the still human Balance Elemental, instead of a reincarnation of a guardian of Guthix.
