You can add a couple of things on the list.

Brown is not the only eye colour.
The player thinks Saradomin created him/her.
Which means The Player shouldn't have parents.
The player is right handed.

When does the player think this? And also, with dual weapons, we are ambidextrous.

Sure, let's go with that. He certainly did not visit the local ye olde forums for assistance.

I can definitely see the pattern that our character falls for a lot of stupid traps by manipulative people, but to be fair I did too. It was never so jarring that I thought ''no you dumbass, you should have predicted that!''

Hopefully with our promotion to world guardian our character acts a little more intelligent.

Or not. Nothing quite as fun as playing Fallout as an Intelligence 1 hero. Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

We can indeed conclude that are character is exceptionally stupid.

One reason, among others, is demonstrated by how we need to go through a complex dungeon to reach the water obelisk, rather than hopping over a 3 foot gap.

Tikhiya, if you talk to the Make-over Mage and refuse their offer to change your appearance, your character will say, "No, thanks. I'm happy as Saradomin made me."

The word is "made", not "created", so it's probable that the character knows they were born and had parents.

The I have no idea where I found it then lol. That was where I was looking though it would have been about 2-3 years ago, I had been hunting down the background on the gods at the time and didn't even know about fan sites back then.. Some of that stuff I just can't find anymore and believe me I've looked and it wasn't player written but from Guthix perspective. As I said very hard to find. You say it´s from Guthix perspective... I vaguely remember something too.
Also him saying he has no symbol and that his unwanted-followers attributed it to him. But... that was in the God Letters... and those are no longer considered canon. Just like Guthix gender now is...was male and no longer 'neutral'. Revive/Enhance Mage Arena God staffs!

Or perhaps the player character just likes over-complicating everything?

Such as the barrel puzzle during the void stares back. Could've just picked up the barrel, or pushed the full ones out of the room too, but noooooooo
