Cybernet, as long as you're here, let me take the opportunity to correct myself on the year of the Ardougne update - It was actually 2008, not 2007. I was off by a year.

So Falador was in 2006, and Ardougne was in 2008.

Edit: Please do provide acknowledgement that you've read this post.

2) stopping Zamorak, although we know Zamorak was not attacking the villagers, it sure as heck looked like he was, what exactly should Saradomin have done, in his eyes Zamorack was attacking his people, of corse he should have stopped him. Tbh I don't really blame Zamorack for the battle either, it's just unfortunate the two had to meet then and there in that circumstance.

Mod Raven: I don’t know why, but a lot of people go for the good guy kind of thing. They like to support who they think of as the more heroic faction.
Mod Osborne: Sure.
Mod Raven: In our opening cutscene, we do have Saradomin sort of defending Lumbridge. He’s not really. He’s just hitting Zamorak. It just looks like he’s defending.
Mod Osborne: Yeah.

That still doesn't prove that Saradomin might have thought it necessary to stop Zamorak (and thus fulfilling the role of a True God , though not directly by protecting Lumbridge, more so as... "combating the forces of chaos" ).

Sorry, I had left to have dinner.

Original message details are unavailable.

Of course.

It's been long established that Saradomin considers Zamorak a threat to his people just for existing.

Noctes*us implied that Saradomin's actions in BoL were motivated by a fear for Lumbridge's safety, and that his actions were a result of him trying to protect the town.

Of course they both wanted Guthix Chunks, and they just ended up fighting because they were the first to arrive.

That's not really what i meant, tbh i don't even know what i truly meant, but if you saw Zamorak, (in this scenario, pretend he is your arch enemy) blasting some holes in your land, looking for something you know he will try to kill with you, what exactly can you do, its not like he can call the police or something since the police is dead, he can't exatly leave or his people will think he is spineless, he kinda has to fight, just like Zamorak couldn't just walk away from a power source that basically appeared at his feet.

Harsh as it may seem, I'll still hear Saradomin out for his perspective as soon as we get the chance. He seems to be avoiding holding a grudge, if only because he still sees us as valuable.

That's a pretty noteworthy pattern looking back at Saradomin content. In TWW he sizes you up and is very curious about your newfound power. After that it's all about recruiting you.

It's kind of like "are you with us or against us", in that you're either threatening his plans and need to be dealt with immediately, or a potential ally.

Casually mocking him:
Bah, my ego can stand this human's obnoxiousness so long as he still agrees to help Sir Owen. I'm better off with him as an asset than an enemy.

The moment I stood in the way of his plan:
All bets are off, I don't know if this will actually kill you, but I'm shooting it anyway. KAMEHAMEHAAAAAA!

Based on this, I'm not really sure he'll try to kill you unless you pose an IMMEDIATE threat to him. Even the variation of the quote if you've done The World Wakes shows that he at least has faith that you're doing what you think is right.

So? If I got in Zaros's way, he won't even blink (if he can blink) when he kills me. Same goes with Zamorak, heck maybe even Armadyl now.

I agree but my point was to act like Saradomin wouldn't hesitate is foolish
