Frog, when did you start following Zaros?

Didn't you throw a fit at Xartharion for that?
this is something i thought about for months this was well thought out. and i didn't get mad at ancient for converting i got mad at him for leaving my clan when i told him he didn't need to leave just because he converted.
Either way, it was his choice.
it was also his choice to try to overthrow your clan and then run away when he got booted out.
He did no such thing, we set that up as a test for one of our deputies who we thought wasn't loyal.

Also he was quitting so he wanted to act like an ass before he quit.
I will protect Gielinor. Zaros has no love for its people.

i tried to warn your clan about him but you live and you learn. #karma (we all know his ironman is ehecoatl anyway so its not like hes truly gone).

Warn us about what? Until he quit, he was a great capper and avatar warden as well as a bossing partner.

By the way, Xarth wasn't ancient. And if ancient is Ehecoatl then you can call me Zemouregal.

i wont go into detail about the issue regarding ancient being multiple people. but according to you he quit and then started to act like an *******. that makes no sense for someone you just gave praise to. you dont treat people poorly just because you are leaving the game.

Frog, Zemourgal, it would be best if you took this conversation elsewhere. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

Why do I follow my god...
It boils down to a question of philosophy. I don't agree with everything Zamorak has done; I don't agree with most of his followers, and have cut down a fair few in my days as World Guardian. Ambition, chaotic action, and ruthlessness; these are personality aspects that tend to draw in some pretty negative characters.
However, used correctly, they can lead to triumph and ever-soaring personal strength. The idea that when things fall apart, they can be remade even better, and that rather than it being a bad thing that you've lost what you had, it's a great thing that you can build something better for and within yourself... That's something I can get behind, and that's one of the main facets of Zamorakian teachings. Among all the gods, Zamorak is the one I identify with the most, and so he is who I choose to set my stores by, for better or for worse, knowing even if it's for worse, that I'll come out the other side to rebuild the shambles of my life to new heights!

That and how shmexy does he look now amirite

Hmm what god do i follow? Since completing desert treasure i have been a zarosian, eagerly awaiting his return. But after reassembling seren i now question zaros' trust. While still for the most part a zarosian, i mostly follow him because he is the only one with a plan to deal with the elder gods. So if anyone else has a better plan im all ears.

So i follow zaros and seren, while opposites they are also the the "same" and some of the only gods looking at the bigger picture of things rather than claiming territory and gaining followers.

I still find it odd that people even say Zaros even has a plan. I mean what he said in fot* basicly amounted to, I'm going to go wake up the elder gods and then ask them not to eat Gilenor. I really hope I don't need to explain why this is a horrible idea, but it's literally worse than doing nothing.

While you say you question Zaros' honesty have you ever questioned if his "plan" was nothing more than a fabrication? That he did just lie to you to get on your good side? Food for thought.
