only a true god should be able to ply with the forces of creation and destruction. That is a minimum you should expect from one saradomin is using stolen power anyway
And Zaros is a toy that ran away from his creator when he got a chance. None of the younger gods use their own powers. Zaros was just created with them and didn't have to steal them or kill for them. Being born with something has it's own good and bad sides and fighting to get them has bad and good sides too. NO
