I thought they said in the livestream that Drakan was currently inside his castle.
Also, if vanstrom was one of the original vampyres from vampyrium, his explosive death would make a lot more sense.
I recently read that the seven priestly warriors were in fact temple knights according to historian Minas from Varrock museum. Am I just late on this one?

Doogle - I'm not so sure about that. It could be that she doesn't know the truth herself. On the other hand, she may be hiding the truth but for her own purposes, not Drakan's. If she tells the Myreque too much, the Myreque will be able to suss out her plans.
Wahi - Good point. However, Mod Ana did say that *he wanted to keep the Morytania storyline seperate from the others, so I reckon that the Dragonking et al won't crop up.
Confaze - I agree. I now suspect that there is at least a portal to Vampyrium under Meiyerditch if Vampyrium is another world in and of itself.
Ojacha - You are slow.

But... That Historian Minas dialogue may be... Well, I may not feel so confident and certain it refers to my order, the Temple Knights of Saradomin.
The way it goes, I think *your character* is actually the one who first speaks of the 'Temple Knights'...
It's a curious thingy. It could be the temple in this dialogue refers to Paterdomus, couldn't it? So not Temple Knights as in Tiffy's order?
...Although 'Temple Knights' might be capitalised in the Historian Minas dialogue if I recall correctly...
My friend Icee Man might have quoted and posted it (perhaps because of me?)...
The Asgarnian ale must flow.

If Vanescula lied to us, she would do it in a more cunning way. If it was me, I would know that Lowerniel is inside Castle Drakan, but he's not IN Castle Drakan.

@Nightgunner Perhaps not that particular expression but we have seen similar. I do not remember examples off the top of my head, relating to at least one other god. In fact in the 3rd version of this thread when the notes were released we had a discussion about how it was simply an expression.

Well, Vampirium is indeed the homeland of the Vampyres, presumable on another plane of existence.
Could Vanstrom really have been an "Elder-Vampyre"? They said there were only three still around, the three Drakan siblings, even though Ranis is dead after Branches of Darkmeyer.
They also clarified that the Deyalt Ore was indeed created as an affect of the Stone of Jas, I wonder what properties it may have?
They also said Drakan is not necessarily holed up in his castle as believed, he very well might have been out and about before.
And some of Vanescula's information appears to have indeed been true-he is mightily distracted, according to the Mods. Possibly by he Stone of Jas. Although, all things considered, I would be surprised that she wouldn't know of its properties and be equally obsessed with it then.
We've also finally answered that age-old question: What are the Edicts? It appears they are just no more then whatever Guthix told people when It was last around, and that the only thing supporting the Edicts is fear of Guthix's reprisal. Which means that all attempts to try and "find a way around the Edicts" are pointless, as they don't really exist. I wonder how long it will take for all these different sects trying to find ways around it and testing it to find out, and then what will happen?
This also brings to light the Void Knights-are they really doing Guthix's will by trying to eradicate all the pests coming through? Does Guthix really not want the pests to be on Gielinor? Of course, the Valluta didn't seem to bat an eye, though that could be due to the power of the Queen-her being on Gielinor herself might have constituted the breach of Balance necessary for it to step in, or possibly the problem was Greyzag's insanity, combined with the Queens might.

@Goldmage162 4 Drakan siblings. 2 are now dead. Only one by our hand :(
It's possible they forgot he died though.
I still think the stone is impossible. He is obsessed with a stone we located this year and additionally hid again? It just doesn't seem logical. It might be something similar I just can't see it being that particular stone.
Well the edicts do exist in the way that Guthix is a threat and everyone knows it. The question is can he do anything about a new god that is born here as it soon seems one shall be. Also if a god more powerful than him arrived could his thread still hold?
