Who is Belkina? http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Belkina
Yes please! I have always liked Belkina's design and was disappointed when they completely changed RotM which I think she was supposed to be in.
This concept actually just popped up in my head when I was doing the Halloween Event on OSRS. I pass a woman npc and a man injured for a new quest over there and thought that was them.
I think there was also a man, her husband or brother, that was supposed to be in it as well, but it would take forever to actually find the concept art unless I know the name.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Here's some more miscellaneous unanswered questions, not necessarily Fifth Age or anything but tied to such quests.
Digsite
- Who or what destroyed Saranthium and why? As you will know, my personal theory would be the Necrosyrtes, to vent their rage after the God Wars.
- Connexion between what happened to Tolna and Loarnab. Then again, we know there's a link of sorts, perhaps it'd be better to leave it at that, to preserve mystery.
- How did Varmen die?
Heroes
- What was the nature of the expedition to the Eastern Lands by Xenia, Radimus, Dionysius and Harrallak? (I think those are the right people) Sounds perfect for any future Wushanko extensions.
- What happened to Achietties's parents during said expedition?
- What was the nature of the Jogre War a score years ago that prevented the mapping of the Kharazi Jungle?
- More information about Camorra would always be nice. We only know she slew Garak, and I think Mod Stu's hidden morsel of lore in Heroes' Quest hasn't been found yet.
- What ancient Karamjan civilisation created the Viyeldi Caves, and how was it cursed (this curse predates Viyeldi's arrival)?
- Where's Britain? Is it on Teragard?
Demons
- What are Vacu, why do they serve demons.
- Chronozon is a blood demon, and ice demons exist. Coincidence, or do smoke and shadow ones as well. Did Zaros create them by modifying existing demons (enslaved Avernic?)?
- Any connexion between Nechryael, death demons, and Nezikchened, a Grim Underworld archdemon?
Tower of Life
Current Tower of Life lore doesn't work with the Sixth Age and it's a real shame that the latter has ignored the former in favour of itself. Nevertheless, it can be made to work. Some quotes:

Effigy:

A great many years of planning and preparation has brought us here, my fellow alchemists. Now we have... The Tower of Life! We can already create gold, we can already transform matter from one thing to another, and now we have the ability to create life itself! We owe much to the power of Guthix, for without the life essence he left below ground, we would have never been able to bring this tower alive!
Original message details are unavailable.
We wanted to create life. Long ago we found a strange source of energy that we believe was left behind by the great Guthix. He used to create life with such ease. We realised we should be able to use this powerful substance, but we needed to bring together our magic along with the logical construction of the builders. It seemed through our experiments that even magic needs a certain level of rules and laws to work.
Homunculus:

They use essence of Guthix power. Create tower pump this from ground. Make me with godly power. Dangerous.
I'm confident this can be sewn together into a great narrative.
Spirit Beast
Currently, all we know is that the Spirit Beast appeared in the Spirit Realm a few centuries ago and trapped the spirits of the massacred residents of the Bonde farm (sans Jennica, who had died due to a venomous spider a few years prior) therein to feed upon. More recently, it clawed its way through the Abyss, shredding it and thus extending The Void, and strengthened itself using a living adventurer's spirit, but was subsequently defeated (and appeared in corporeal form on RuneScape anyway - joke's on us). But its origins are quite unknown and - my! - a monstrosity that can literally tear the fabric of spacetime to pieces isn't something that is accidentally created. Problem is that it's quite unlikely that we can logically find out about this in-game, unless a deity created it, since we can interact with those nowadays.
interest whatsoever were it not for the fact that the Strange Old Man at the Barrows somehow knows about Jennica, even though she died over three centuries ago. The most common theory is that Gargon, mad with grief, somehow fell into the service of Sliske, who extended his lifespan. But anything is possible, really.
Other old men
- The weird old man, is he Iqbar Ali-Abdula?
- What happened to Toralis (idk if he's old but eh)?
- Where's Grayzag from? All we know is he mysteriously appeared at the Wizards' Tower at midnight and applied. Speaking of Grayzag...
Void pests
So, we know that the void pests come from a wonderful homeworld with jungles, forests, seas and swamps. Jessika rightly questions why on earth they would have left that to invade other realms through the Void, such as RuneScape. One possibility is that its simply their nature, and their caste structure is kind of designed around invasions and battles, but that's a bit odd. How would they have known about other worlds in the first place, had not Grayzag begun his experiments? I mean, he learnt of the Valluta and pests from literature, so clearly something about them was more or less established before the invasions.
So then why did the pests invade RuneScape, and why did Guthix place Valluta to protect it from potential invaders - had he foreseen it, or was it simply to prevent what happened on Naragun (and other planes he visited) with Tuska?
My personal theory is that the void pest homeworld was one of the many invaded by Mother Mallum and her slugs. As per usual, Mallum took over one of the pest queens, but since both races have hive minds, something shortcircuited, prompting the pests to begin invasions of their own. Coincidentally, they found RuneScape within a few centuries of the slugs...

- Moia's mum is still a thing.
- Kuradal's too.
- What really happened on floor 61? I'm not buying Bilrach's Chelon-Mah story. Nor even that the DaT bloke is the real Bilrach.

Update; alas my slug theory may have been debunked. Conversation with ex-Mod Moltare:
Moltare:
I saw void pests as driven primarily by a search for food (ie non-pest living beings, since they consume life force); they don't farm well.
Fusswell:
But there's plenty of other animals on their world. Did they exhaust everything and somehow found out how to tracel through the Void?
M:
Their home planet only has the biomass to support so many pests. How the Queen is able to tunnel through the Void I never established.
F:
Okay but, the reason *that* they have begun their invasions is definitively scarcity of food, then? Sounds like they're in trouble, then.
Update: Spirit Beast issue seems largely resolved thanks to Reldo's Top 10 Powerful Creatures list, which had gone missing from the wiki's transcript of the relevant postbag (for some stupid reason, the official RS website no longer has any postbags or player galleries or wallpapers or god letters or downloadable music or...). Bottom line is that Reldo suspects it's some kind of monstrous amalgamation of spirits created when Zamorak nuked Forinthry (and the druids woke up Guthix and stuff). So could do with some more details but overall, that's satisfactory.
On the void pest issue, Mod Moltare hasn't replied any more (yet) but my slug theory is probably out the window. Shame, I liked it.

God Series
I would place it in a different category but this is the most appropriate
Are the Order of Ascension ever going to finish their replica Guthix idol? Will they ever actually be stopped?
What are the other Guardians of Guthix up to? I don't think we've seen anything from them since TWW. Did they join with the Godless?
Gnomes
How did the Gnomes react to the death of Guthix? Are they Godless now, or perhaps Serenist?
Other
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Bonzara Who is Bonzara? An ape that can speak to you without an M'Speak amulet, one that seems to be evil despite being a priest of Marimbo?
EDIT:
I'm dumb, removed all 6th Age stuff.
Guthix never really died. He lives on in all of us.
