Maybe Zaros didn't need a mouth since he didn't need to speak, and then when it became necessary to teach the infernal tongue to the citizens of his empire, he made a mouth to appear more natural to humans.

Or maybe Zaros lost his real mouth to a terrible injury and he's too sensitive to share it.

Or maybe Zaros lost his real mouth to a terrible injury and he's too sensitive to share it. We saw Zaros de-robed with a brand new body. Assuming you gave him a dark sim he has no blemishes, if not a big ouchie appears in this abdomen. so if he actually had a mouth it would appear on him, either fully repaired or as a purple ouchie on his face or something.

Every time the censor blocks unoffensive words I'll replace it with something stupid that means the same thing.

But the *ahjarrat's mouths look the same as human mouths, as with Seren's as well. There also goes without saying he naturally made people favor him.

Now I'm imagining Zaros with a mouth like Venom's with big jagged teeth, without lips and a weird freaky tongue- then looking in the mirror and saying something like.

"This looks far too uncivilized"

And having it disappear using shapeshifting.

Maybe if he got super mad or emotional, we'd see it. "We call it being a hero"

That's exactly how I imagine it too. Osborne will never go for it though. Maybe I'll put it in The Empty Throne without telling him.
