So I take it the council is canon then? Wow, I didn't think Zaros was that distant...
EDIT: I find it odd that Zamorak would fight Zaros while he was in his skeletal state. Was he in a hurry to do this?
Well there is maths involved though only if Jagex are sticking to round numbers for how long years lasted. It was 19 years before the third age and then we know when the last ritual was and I assume Jack decided how long it was till they lose their skin. Either that or if the maths worked out fine he saves power by using his skeletal form.
Didn't the betrayal happen not long after a ritual though?
It happened 19 years before the third age began. I have not myself done the maths though I once had done so.
In Twice Burnt: "Zamorak took a sip from his red wine, two beady eyes staring at me. I broke his gaze but instead found myself scanning the rough skin-folds of his forehead, his prize from a successful rejuvenation. I felt sick thinking about the skeleton I had grown accustomed to, hiding underneath that skin."
So you need to know how old Perjour lived, what age he was when that happened etc. it's entirely possible he lived a fair time somehow. It may also be a lorefail. I should really do the maths again though they can easy add in more years and make it work.
Also as I said he may just be conserving power.
Viggora's presence in Twice Burnt means the events that took place must have been close to when the betrayal occurred. Of course it could be a lorefail if the years don't add up correctly.
