I have made a thread, but i thought it is more appropriate to write it here too:

I have been thinking that people should be able to downgrade their stats, for example, alot of pures may accidentally get prayer, or defence, so wouldn't it be great if jagex adds a NPC which sells a lamp that can downgrade exp for you, so the lamp could be purchased according to how much exp you wish to downgrade by, so for example, if i wish to downgrade my prayer, i need around 12,000 exp, multiply this by 10, so i would pay the NPC 120,000 coins for him to do so, and to make this safe, you must put a pin on the NPC just like a bank, so if you were to be hacked, people cannot down grade your stats for you, which sounds great! i had this all planned out, and i believe it really is a great idea, please let me know!"
