You are incredibly lucky then.
I used about 3 summer pies at 55 agility, and I still failed miserably at that place.
I'm not kidding, I fell 10 + times nonstop.
Even the quest guide on the 2007 wiki page quotes this about that particular area:
"This part is
very
frustrating. You must climb across several handholds, but each one can be failed, so you have a very good chance of falling off."
That sure is a problem if each individual handhold has a high chance of making you fall.
I used most of what you mentioned before with the proselyte armour and whatnot as well, with the addition of having a holy wrench. It's not a good feeling to have all your prayer pots drained out completely while wearing all that prayer bonus gear just because of some handholds.
I've even taken the advice of the wiki of having that additional 100% run energy, and I still managed to fall down with the boosts of the summer pies.
And who are you to say that I don't put my time into questing? It's a fact that you do not require a certain amount of Agility to do this particular quest, so why do I need 60+ Agility to pass by it?
It might as well have a set Agility level as a quest requirement rather than luck.
