With the introduction of venom in the game, there should be Lunar spells to
Heal Venom
Group Heal Venom
and also start thinking of ways to make Lunar spells more viable in multi-combat situations, as we have started to see with spells like Potion Share and Group Heal Other.
Concerning the
Heraldic Full Helms/Kite Shields
: Currently, only steel and rune kites/full helms may be painted using the player-owned workshop. I believe that all vanilla (original, normal) kiteshields and full helms should be able to be painted in the player-owned workshop. I understand the inclusion of rune, but why steel? Hardly anyone uses steel. If crests were made available for all metal types, it would be much more fair for those who don't want 40 defense nor just 5.

I know many people that do not like to do these. Yet I don't mind at all.
I have known of people to give login details to friends, to just get a puzzle done (and yes i have known a few people to lose items over this). If I am correct with my memory you do have the pay option for 200k now. but seeing that quite a few clues come to under 100k, it doesn't seem worth it, to pay a npc to do the puzzle.
So i suggest we have an ability to lend the puzzle to a friend. so they can quickly do it and give it back. (maybe a time limit of say 1h on a puzzle lend)
This is probably something that would be good to implement with the possible 'movember' that you spoke about on question and answers stream.
Agile top and legs. For many players this was part of their favourite outfit due to its good looks and usefulness - it has some defence bonuses and it reduces more weight than graceful with only 2 equipment slots, perfect for abyss runecrafing. It would still not make graceful useless as it should have a high agility requirement (90+ imo) and it does not have a set effect.
There is currently a problem in OS PVP that is spelled V-O-I-D
In RS2, void was not magically kept on death in pvp. Losing void was a big deal, so PVP with void was done carefully and selectively.
Now a player dies in full void and has 30 minutes to waltz back and pick it up like it's no big deal.
What's unfair about this predicament is that players risking the least amount of wealth can deal the highest amount of instantaneous damage in the game. A full voider with a dbow and glory and just protect-item prayer the dbow, pick up the void off the ground and lose the cheap glory and a few measly d-arrows. Yet has the potential to 1-hit any player in the game despite this overall 40k risk.
Suggestions - Make void lost on death, or drastically raise the high-alch value of void helmets so they protect over expensive PVP equipment.
Broken axes, exploding rocks, whirlpools, etc. Stuff like that should be implemented. Also the random's that would attack you, i.e. rock golem, the tree thing, the chicken guy. I miss those things and it would kill bots/ mess with bots which would make me happy.
