I would also like to flag that there is a scam that takes place on Twitch, where a recorded video will play with a fake viewer base. The goal of this scam is to advertise fake promotions such as 'double XP weekends' in order for Runescape users to share their log-in credentials. Please be cautious when using non-Runescape websites.

Very sound advice. I think I already touched upon a variant of it in my thread but thank you regardless!

Something I don't see listed in the first page that I am pretty sure is a scam is relatively low-level accounts buying anything/everything expensive.

They sit at GE and offer to buy every expensive piece of gear in the game - even though they cannot wield any of them due to their level, and almost certainly do not have the billions of gold they are offering for some of these items.

Something that is not clear to me is whether or not they can/should be reported merely for offering to buy these items, just because it appears they cannot afford them. However, there are a lot of different accounts doing this and they're always low level and use exactly the same messages when announcing their attempt to buy these things.

Should I be reporting these accounts? Obviously if someone walks up to one of them then a minute later says "wtf you scammed me" then clearly they need to be reported - but that will most likely be done by the person they scammed.

Technically they are only offering to buy items, and that in itself is not a scam. So it seems to be kind of a grey area with regards to whether or not they should be reported?

Grey area indeed. Id say report. Enough of them and Jagex will start to take notice. I'll add this to the list. Thanks for sharing.
