If it's need of added income? Jagex could have raised monthly memberships to 8 or 9 dollars and that would have been cool. This added content could have been added as in game bonuses. But No! RWT came into effect.
Those of you that scream "Micro transactions are not rwt" Have no clue what the real world part of that is. You will when your credit card company takes back their cards and starts litigation to get payed. Realization of RWT will slap you in the face!
Jagex could give the content without the transactions for REAL WORLD TRADE.

Yeah I hate how everyone is buying into this Soloman Shop thing. I also hate how, whenever Jagex makes up some gimmickey thing, they always make up some stupid unliked character to be it's poster boy. I'm not going to kill myself over just cosmetic items being sold for real world cash, but SoF needs to go, and the SoF/Soloman icon (I'll call it the RWT icon) needs to go.

That's like an irrational emotional attachment to a person in an aggressive position of power during a traumatic event. You should probably read up on these things before you try to look smart!
What I don't get is why people are complaining so much about this, it's entirely conditional, you only pay if you want the items. They aren't forcing you to.
