because it goes against jagex morales and promotes gambling for SOF and for solomons you use real money to buy it, you also know that there are kids like 10 or 9 who play this game. Plus they'll want some random item on the solomons store that's like cosmetic and if you want another batch of runecoins you have to pay for it the lowest price they offer is 4.99 for wat 200 rune coins please not even wrth it you can hardly buy anything w/ it

If this store is to stay cosmetic, answer me this people, why on earth is there a duration on items? I'm sorry but you're all kidding yourselves if you think this will STAY cosmetic.
I myself don't mind a cosmetic item store THAT much. I would prefer if it didn't exist, but I'm being a bit more realistic about the situation we're all in. They WILL sell something that helps you in-game sooner or later, mark my words.

I absolutely support everyone spending money on cosmetic items in game. This helps Jagex increase revenue to afford more great updates and keep the servers running smoothly. The more people that spend on these cosmetic items, the less likely monthly membership will increase.
However, I wish Jagex would cut out the Squeel of Fortune from the game. This update has only been advantageous to players who can afford to drop a lot of real money for in game benefits such as time saved skilling, money earned, and items acquired. I wish there were more pointless aesthetic updates like Solomons store for Jagex to earn profits off of so they can get rid of SoF which is a corruption in RuneScape. Although I won't be spending any of my money on aesthetic items or spins, I understand some people enjoy playing for the role playing aspect whereas I play for fun, money and exp - more combat and skills oriented.
If the SoF was changed to only include nonsense items such as pizza and cabbage etc, and some desirable items such as queens guard, dragon ceremonial, fish masks, and tattoos/horns/etc. then I would not mind having the feature. I probably would not even use my spins, but then the pop-up goblin would get extremely annoying. That could be removed. Basically, keep armor and money and lamps out of the SoF and only let players spend money on items which don't give an in game advantage!
---------------------------------------------
This is what I wrote earlier, but to go more in depth... cosmetic items have no affect on exp gains, questing, or DPS in fights. If you're making videos, taking photos in the booth for your avatar, bankstanding and chatting, or just want to look better while playing then this may have a disadvantage, however, this has NO actual advantage in gaining success. A cosmetic item such as a partyhat or santa hat or even a top hat does give an advantage because it has a value which can be traded to other players. The Solomon shop items are not trade-able.

1) Jagex did not remove the SoF when people were against it (I still am) but instead they added buy-able spins (Still ****** about it.)
So what makes you think that something people are happy with (except you and some derpy birds) will ever be removed?

2) The Solomon General Store (SGS) is purely cosmetic, exclusive but not so exclusive that only people who go to runefest can get it.
I support Jagex in SGS and some updates (still want SoF gone, or at least buy-able spins gone) and others will continue to do so.
In fact, just to **** you off I will buy more Runecoins in support of SGS.
EDIT: People like to look cool, roleplay or even do videos.
Others like only Cash and XP.
I like all of it, why not be powerful and awesome while looking epic?

I've honestly cared about how I looked in the game, more than how high I hit since the day I started. But I would never go as far to buy something with my money, to buy furry items. In fact, most my bank is cosmetic items. :L
