Discontinue discontinueds?

It's very unclear what will and what won't return. I'm fine with the concept of discontinued SGS/TH stuff but it would help that when Jagex explicitely says it won't come back that there won't be a future news post saying there will be another opportunity to get them. 'Gone for good' is pretty clear to me that they shouldn't come back so it makes no sense it was brought back in the end. If Jagex does want to keep that chance open to bring back an item in the future then they should word it differently, 'get it while you can' or something along those lines.
However, discontinue any future discontinueds would be a bit extreme IMO. Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

Pretty much.

The jagex that went by the rules of keeping things "limited" or w/e is gone.

Now we just need to see how the new one goes. I disagree. Regardless if the company has changed or not, it's not right to go against your word of the past. So we will just agree to disagree here.,

Yes ik thats sort-of off-topic but it fits the whole "discontinueds" point of this thread. No but that's an exception as they have many reasons a rerelease is needed such as the problems (rwt, manipulation, easy profits/ unfair gameplay) associated with the prices of it. The shadow series meanwhile don't have the same problems.
Also please provide me the source Jagex have said partyhats are initially made to be discontinued. Exactly, they weren't. So it makes more sense for partyhats to be rereleased than the shadow series.
