B S Darrin, I just bought 2 cards, chose the 32 spins first time, and straight 100 days the second. Today is the second of Dec, 2012, and I got Jagexed twice today.

Talk to the Billing support. They will solve your problems if you bought the card at the right store. Just got both my items. =)

i to activated a $25 card, have exhausted every option with diango is it not in my bank, and i do not have the option for the hairstyle, i activated my card yesterday too.

Hey everyone. If you didn't receive the lightning pack items just post on the Billing Support forums in the RSGame Card Information & Help thread. I told them what happened and they were able to get me the items in about 15 minutes.

i think it must have been 1/ 10 gamestops that were participating.
there are just too many pages of people who didnt get this promotion.

When higher level items begin being incorporated is when I will be done with this game. A lot of my fellow players have been subscribers for years and are not seeing any of these items or benefits.

Will this promotion ever be back?

I remember not being able to get it because i had prepaid a long membership, but during 2014 I started going back to month to month in case of these happening again.
I'd love to keepsake one of these staves and had hoped they would reemerge in december of 2014, but they did not.

From a wizard who collects magic staves, please make this interesting looking weapon come back into availability.
